Research On The Impact Of China’s Cultural And Creative Industry On High-quality Economic Development

During the 14 th Five Year Plan period,China paid more attention to cultural construction and proposed that cultural creativity,scientific and technological innovation and industrial integration should be the core,which is an important cornerstone of building a socialist cultural power.Countries pay more and more attention to the development of cultural and creative industries,especially in the context of the development of digital technology.Cultural and creative industries have played a certain role in the transformation of industrial structure,the innovation of industrial model and the expansion of cultural consumption.Therefore,countries pay more attention to the development of cultural and creative industries,and cultural and creative industries have gradually become pillar industries.The cultural and creative industry supported by digital technology is constantly integrated with the digital industry in the development process,which makes the digital creative industry emerge as the times require.It integrates both culture and digital technology.As a relatively emerging industry,it plays a more and more important role in the national economy,gradually becomes a new economic growth pole and promotes industrial upgrading.In their respective reports,UNCTAD and others have repeatedly stressed that cultural and creative industries can stimulate innovation and promote inclusive and sustainable growth.Based on this background,this paper studies the impact of cultural and creative industries on high-quality economic development.Firstly,it analyzes and summarizes the existing literature research,and then expounds the theoretical research on the impact of cultural and creative industries on economic growth.On this basis,it analyzes the theoretical analysis of the impact of cultural and creative industries on high-quality economic development,focuses on the impact path of cultural and creative industries on high-quality economic development,and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis that cultural and creative industries promote high-quality economic development,Cultural and creative industries affect high-quality economic development through technical channels and creative content;Secondly,it makes an empirical analysis on the theoretical assumptions,including the selection of data and the construction of index system.It makes an empirical analysis from the national and regional levels by using the methods of panel unit root test and intermediary effect analysis.The empirical results show that:（1）Whether from the national or regional level,there is a positive correlation between cultural and creative industries and high-quality economic development.（2）From the national level,cultural and creative industries promote high-quality economic development through technical channels and creative content.On the one hand,it shows that cultural and creative industries have advantages in integrating with digital technology,and on the other hand,it shows the importance of creative content of cultural and creative industries.（3）The influence path of cultural and creative industries to promote high-quality economic development is different in different regions.The cultural and creative industries in the eastern region do not rely on technical channels and creative content to promote economic development.The reason may be that their cultural and creative industries are mostly on-site shooting,have more offline development,and the creative content needs to be further explored;The cultural and creative industries in the central region use creative content to promote high-quality economic development rather than technology.The cultural and creative industries in the western region also rely on creative content to promote high-quality economic development.On the whole,the cultural and creative industries in the western region still have great vitality to release.In addition,due to geographical location and other reasons,the cultural and creative industries in the central and western regions mainly rely on creative content as an intermediary to promote high-quality economic development,which to a certain extent shows that the development of cultural and creative industries should pay more attention to creative content,which is the endogenous driving force of industrial development.According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions from three aspects: first,pay attention to the self innovation of cultural and creative industries;Second,promote the integration of cultural and creative industries with other industries and make efficient use of digital technology;Third,pay attention to policy support and improve laws and regulations.
