Research On Cohesion And Promotion Strategy Of The College Communist Youth League In The New Era

Cohesion is an important factor in the maintenance,operation,and development of various organizations,as well as their effectiveness.As an advanced youth organization led by the Party,the Communist Youth League in universities shoulders an important responsibility of nurturing People for the Party.The strength of its cohesion reflects its attractiveness,influence,and appeal,which directly affects the fundamental plan of having successors.Since the deepening of the reform of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,strengthening the "three natures"(political,progressiveness,and mass)and eliminating the "four modernizations"(bureaucracy,administration,entertainment,and nobility)have achieved certain results,promoting the cohesion of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities to the vast number of young students to a certain extent.However,there are still some problems in the process of enhancing the cohesion of the Communist Youth League in universities,which directly affect the improvement and stability of its cohesion.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to deeply study the cohesion and promotion strategies of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.It is helpful to cultivate good young people who have ideals,dare to take on responsibilities,can bear hardships and are willing to struggle in the new era,and build a talent foundation for Chinese path to modernization.By reviewing the current research on the cohesion and improvement strategies of the Communist Youth League in universities both domestically and internationally,it is found that the current research needs to be further deepened.In this regard,it is necessary to define the concept of cohesion and the cohesion of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,take the Marxist classic writer’s youth view,the CPC’s youth view,the group cohesion theory,and the organization theory as the theoretical basis for research,and deeply analyze and explain the cohesion of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities and the promotion strategies.Faced with the trend of global ideological and cultural exchange and profound changes in China’s social ideology,the ideological and values of young students have also shown some new characteristics.This not only brings many opportunities to enhance the cohesion of the Communist Youth League in universities in the new era,but also brings many risks and challenges.In order to seize the opportunity,respond to the challenge,and strive to improve the cohesion of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities in the new era,this study adopts the methods of questionnaires and in-depth interviews,combines qualitative research with quantitative research,conducts an empirical investigation on the cohesion of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities in the new era,and understands the degree of ideological cohesion,cultural cohesion,interest cohesion,and emotional cohesion of young students by the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,Identify the main problems in the process of enhancing the cohesion of the Communist Youth League in universities,and analyze the environmental,organizational,and interpersonal factors that affect the improvement of cohesion.Based on this,in the process of improving the cohesion of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,we need to adhere to the principles of adhering to the correct political direction,adhering to the implementation of democratic centralism,adhering to the reality of everything,adhering to the dominant position of youth,adhering to the goal of enhancing political,progressiveness,and mass character.To promote the effective improvement of the cohesion of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities,we should take practical measures from four aspects:firmly guiding the ideological basis,consolidating the foundation of organizational construction,seizing the key of interest driven,and playing the role of emotional connection.
