Ince the 18 th CPC National Congress,more and more attention has been paid to the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,and a number of policy documents have been issued on reforming and innovating the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities and enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political guidance,which further points out the direction for the Communist Youth League to play a better role as the main force in the ideological and political work of college students."The Communist Youth League must firmly grasp the fundamental task of training socialist builders and successors,persist in educating people for the Party,conscientiously assume their responsibilities,care for the young people,have the courage to revolutionize themselves,and unite and lead the youth League members to grow into good young people in the new era who have ideals,dare to assume responsibilities,can bear hardships and are willing to struggle." The work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities is an important part of the party construction and ideological and political work in colleges and universities.It is not only related to the completion of the fundamental task of education,morality and cultivation of people in colleges and universities,but also related to whether the Communist Youth League can fulfill its political responsibility of educating people for the Party.It is not only the requirement but also the mission and responsibility of the college Communist Youth League to condense the ideological consensus of young students.College Communist Youth League to gather the ideological consensus of young students is not only a theoretical work,more is a complex practical work,we must firmly establish the goal of the party’s cause successor,the theory and practice should be closely combined,the formation of the school’s characteristics of ideological consensus innovation mechanism,the Communist Youth League to gather the idea of young students in practice.Forming the mechanism of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities to condense the thoughts of young students is the key point,the difficult point is to form the working mechanism of the Communist Youth League.Therefore,it is necessary to answer a series of questions such as "what kind of ideas to gather" and "how to form a mechanism to gather consensus".Based on the existing achievements of the academic circle,combined with its own exploration and thinking,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,qualitative analysis,questionnaire survey and interview to study the innovative mechanism of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities to condense the ideological consensus of young students from the following aspects: Secondly,it studies the development process and basic experience of the mechanism of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities to gather the ideological consensus of young students,and seeks rules from history and summarizes effective experience from history.Thirdly,taking the Youth League Committee of D University as an example,this paper conducts a typical study,comprehensively analyzes the current situation,effects,existing problems and causes of the mechanism of college Communist Youth League to condense the ideological consensus of young students,and summarizes the merits and shortcomings of college Communist Youth League to condense the ideological consensus of young students in the new era.Finally,from the four aspects of integrating into the general pattern of ideological and political work of the whole Party,strengthening the coordination of the whole league,strengthening the capacity building and optimizing the evaluation mechanism,the paper creatively puts forward the countermeasures to improve the mechanism of pooling the ideological consensus of young students in the Communist Youth League of Colleges and universities.It is to form a shared evaluation mechanism with the cooperation of the whole league,strengthen the organization capacity building with the cooperation of the whole league,and finally integrate into the ideological and political work pattern,so as to form an innovative mechanism that gathers the ideological consensus of young students.
