| Compulsory education is the cornerstone of national development.From the development trend of compulsory education in China,the contradiction of “quantity expansion” has been basically resolved,but the contradiction of “quality improvement” is increasingly prominent.The existing quality education resources are far from meeting the public’s increasingly strong demand for quality education.The balanced and high quality development of compulsory education has gradually become a major national education strategy.Practice has proved that the incubation and derivation of high-performing schools is an important way to realize the balanced development of compulsory education.Studying the characteristics of high-performing schools and summarizing the experience derived from the incubation of high-performing schools to help more schools move towards high-quality has become the appeal of the times to promote educational equity and the balanced development of compulsory education.This study applies the open coding,spindle coding and selective coding procedures of grounded theory,and adopts purposeful sampling method to screen the elements of 98 selected research literatures on “high-performing schools.”)It constructs a “five element relationship model of high-performing school” with advanced school culture,high-quality human resources,loose school environment,scientific management system and efficient knowledge transmission,and reveals that the essence of high-performing school is a cultural sense,holographic image and ideal type,and the essence of the synergy of efficiency and effectiveness and the integration of fast variables and slow variables.On this basis,taking the incubation and derivation process of F primary school as a case,this study explores the dynamic mechanism,operation mechanism and personality generation mechanism of the incubation and derivation of a batch of high-performing schools from a high-performing school.It is found that in terms of the dynamic mechanism,the incubation and derivation of high-performing schools are affected by three forces: demand,institution and culture.The three forces play different roles in different stages of incubation and derivation of high-performing schools,and generally show the characteristics of transformation from external power to internal power,and from demand power to cultural power.In terms of operation mechanism,it has generally experienced the incubation and derivation stages of other organization imitation,self organization learning,characteristic formation and independent creation,and formed four operation mechanisms: spatial environment,management system,human resources and knowledge transfer.In the incubation and derivation process,it has always adhered to meet the growing demands,run schools by educators,reforms and experiment,and the concept of establishing schools on scientific research.It essentially demonstrates the evolution process from other organization imitation to self organization learning.In terns of personality generated mechanism,incubation derivative schools have experience the change process of growth due to imitation,growth due to mixed order and growth due to symbiosis.The self organization emergence and personalized formation of incubation derivative schools have been achieved through project thixotropy mechanism and secondary nucleation mechanism,so as to realize the regeneration of incubation derivative schools in a cultural sense.On the whole,the incubation and derivation of high-performing school implements the quantitative and valued-added development of high-performing school from “one” to“branch”,from “autonomy” to “jointnomy”,from “homogeneous balance” to “diversified high quality”,from “single output” to “multi-win-win.” It is an effective path for the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education schools.However,the incubation and derivation of high-performing school is a special product of a special time,change as society changes,and the early stage conforms to the efficiency mechanism,and the latter stage conforms to the legitmiacy mechanism.The dynamic mechanism,operation mechanism and personality formation mechanism are general among schools with different school running systems. |
