Along with the social transition from industrial civilization to the post-industrial civilization, climate caused by man-made greenhouse gas emissions has become the focus of people all over the world. From <The United Nations framework convention on climate change> and <The Kyoto protocol> to The Copenhagen conference, how to deal with the problem of global climate is the problem of governments and people to deal with. Developing low carbon economy has become the mainstream of the international community to address climate change. But at present most are high carbon products in the aspect of national construction, Such as using high carbon raw materials and energy-intensive facilities of large high carbon sports venues, this has inseparable relationship with our country’s basic national conditions. Because of the existence of lock-in effect, large high carbon sports venues achieve the goal of low carbonization process can only rely on the operating process of late. In this paper, the research object is the high carbon content from large sports venues. On the basis of related theory of a large high carbon sports venues low-carbon operation, using structural equation model,establishing a large high carbon sports venues low-carbon operating dynamic mechanism model, then put forward the hypothesis. Through the actual investigation and questionnaire survey, using SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 analyses the sample data for descriptive, statistical analysis of reliability, confirmatory factor analysis, based on this and initial structural equation model for the inspection and correction, obtain the optimal model finally. Finally put forward with constructive opinions and suggestions in accordance with the actual reasonable. I hope I can make some contribution to the society.
