At present,the Chinese government has clearly defined the position of higher vocational education in the national strategic system and actively promoted the development of higher vocational education through various channels.Higher vocational education has also made great progress in terms of quantity and scale.In spite of this,the public still do not recognize higher vocational education,most students choose higher vocational education full of helplessness,some teachers of higher vocational education also have a sense of inferiority towards their professional status.Therefore,the development of higher vocational education is in the contradiction between the government’s high recognition and the public’s negative acceptance.In order to investigate the root of the contradiction,we have to study the problems existing in the value orientation of higher vocational education.The value of higher vocational education can be divided into tool value and noumenon value.Through the historical sorting and realistic investigation from the late Qing Dynasty to the present,It is found that higher vocational education has formed a development vein which is inclined to political value orientation and economic value orientation.In this process,the instrumental value of higher vocational education has been highlighted and strengthened,on the contrary,the ontological value of higher vocational education has been ignored and dissolved.Through the analysis,it is concluded that culture and benefit gambling are the important factors affecting the value orientation of higher vocational education,and the cultural infection and benefit gambling make the value selection of higher vocational education deviate from the value goal.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper establishes the necessary value orientation of the dual integration of instrumental value and ontological value of higher vocational education,puts forward the basic conditions,understanding dimensions and objectives of ideal higher vocational education value orientation,and explores the access path of future higher vocational education value orientation.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part: basic concepts and theoretical research,mainly introduction and chapter one.This part mainly discusses the basic concepts and theories of value orientation of higher vocational education.Firstly,from the analysis of the basic concept of higher vocational education,the thesis that higher vocational education is the manifestation of human life existence is put forward.The socialism with Chinese characteristics under the background of time and space of the 21 st century,higher vocational education is not to avoid its instrumental value,but is not a simple technical training "type" of "living" value orientation,but should be based on "life",guides the student to the pursuit of life value and meaning of life ontology value is the basic value of higher vocational education.Thus,the value orientation is an important incision to analyze the development dilemma of higher vocational education.Secondly,it discusses that the main body of higher vocational education in Yingan is students,and the main body of higher vocational education in reality is multiple,different subjects affect the choice of the value of higher vocational education according to their own interests.Therefore,this paper puts forward the theory of stakeholders to determine the value of higher vocational education.Thirdly,it discusses the close relationship between culture,education and value,and focuses on the theory of cultural stratification as the theoretical basis to analyze the formation process of higher vocational education value orientation.At the same time,the paper discusses the influence of benefit gambling on the formation of value orientation of higher vocational education,discusses the relevance of game theory and value orientation of higher vocational education,and focuses on the theoretical basis of game theory to analyze the formation of value orientation of higher vocational education.The second part: the actual higher vocational education value orientation situation and the formation of the specific analysis,mainly including chapter two and chapter three.This part of the late qing dynasty to the higher vocational education value orientation of history and reality,comb to deduce,has long been the higher vocational education is regarded as an important approach to national survival and development of social economy,the value orientation of higher vocational education pursuit of utilitarian education purpose,education practice of higher vocational education ignored to the person’s care,Higher vocational education has lost its vigor and vitality,forgotten the meaning of human life,indifferent to the meaning of human existence,and ignored and dissolved the ontological function of higher vocational education.The formation of the value orientation of existing higher vocational education is mainly due to the negative influence of Chinese traditional cultural factors on higher vocational education.The hierarchical nature of Chinese traditional culture results in the hierarchical nature of Chinese education,which makes higher vocational education marginalized for a long time,resulting in the lack of individual life consciousness,the absence of life subjectivity,and the backward concept of higher vocational education.For a long time,people regard higher vocational education as "employment" education,and equate higher vocational education with "making a living" education.Traditional educational concepts ignore the meaning of human life.In addition,from their own perspective,the multi-subjects have their own interest demands for higher vocational education,and there are conflicts of interest among different subjects.In a sense,the formation process of value orientation of higher vocational education is the process of benefit gambling among different interest subjects.Through the analysis of the benefit gambling process,it further explains the prominence of the instrumental value of higher vocational education and the concealment of the ontological value.The third part: the theoretical construction and realistic response of the value orientation of higher vocational education,including the fourth and fifth chapters.This part focuses on the return of higher vocational education students’ subjectivity,the strong support of social political,economic and cultural conditions,and the pursuit of goodness,meaning of life and freedom are the basic conditions of the value orientation of ideal higher vocational education.Based on the occupation and education of higher vocational education,the content dimension of vocational qualification,social value and noumenon value ideal of higher vocational education value orientation is put forward.It is proved that fairness is the eternal pursuit of higher vocational education,and the ideal value orientation of higher vocational education is to realize the unity of public interest and private interest under the guidance of the concept of fairness,and finally achieve the integration of value and interest.Secondly,by referring to the useful experience of the development of vocational education in Germany,the United States and Japan,combined with the specific situation of the value orientation of China’s higher vocational education,further explore from the level of higher vocational education concept,behavior and system,put forward the development of the value orientation of higher vocational education in the future.
