Buddhist sub-culture is a kind of social life style with Chinese cultural characteristics and popular among some young people,which is used to represent the complex social mentality of young people in the process of social modernity transformation and modernization.It is a subculture phenomenon that appears with the transformation and modernization development of our society,and it is also a popular youth subculture on campus at present.Some college students recognize and pursue the "Buddha department" subculture,which brings some difficulties and challenges to the ideological and political education of college students.The subculture of "Buddhism" came into being In the social background of our social modernity transformation.The popularity of multi-culture and the prevalence of consumerism objectively created a cultural atmosphere and realistic environment for its formation,and the development of modern new media technology objectively boosted its spread and popularity.The language expression of the "Buddhist" subculture has a strong pan-entertainment color,but it essentially reflects that the youth group wants to express their inability to fight and helpless social mentality through the symbolic carnival and marginal resistance of the "Buddhist" subculture,so as to obtain community recognition and social attention and realize self-growth.Therefore,it not only embodies the "style" of the subculture,but also presents the unique characteristics of the "Buddhist system",such as mild attitude,compromise resistance behavior and decadent mentality.The popularity of the subculture of "Buddhism" on college campuses inevitably has a certain impact on college students,leading to a certain tendency of "Buddhism" in campus life,which has brought varying degrees of influence on college students’ cognition,values,behaviors and other aspects.Studying hard to form a correct outlook on life,values and world view is the due meaning of college students in the learning stage.However,under the influence of the "Buddhist" subculture,some college students’ normal social mentality has changed,leading to some negative attitudes in learning and interpersonal communication.College students,who should be more active,tend to "complicate" their participation consciousness,"simplify" their participation methods and "simplify" their participation content in social participation,which ultimately affects their positive and healthy values.However,it is inevitable that college students’ role changes and real encounters in real life and socialization always have unsatisfactory aspects: The value orientation of ideological and political education will make college students full of expectations and imagination for a better future,while the gap between the social environment and the psychological growth of college students,the gap between the social blueprint and the demands of young people,and the difference between the social differentiation and the role change of young people will make college students have a certain loss of the expected goals.The content of ideological and political education of college students will form certain requirements and demonstrations for college students,but in real life,some college students’ circle communication of "Buddhism" and the trend of modern cynicism and refined egoism will obviously have a certain deviation from these requirements and demonstrations.Under the impact of the "temptation" of the consumption era,the "carnival" of the pan-entertainment era and the "change" of the network era,the constraints and norms of the ideological and political education methods for college students are constantly being tested.College students challenge the effectiveness of ideological and political education with the way of "Buddhism",impacting the discourse system of college students’ ideological and political education from the aspects of discourse power system,discourse content system and discourse validity,constantly dissolving the ideological function,guiding function and educating function of college students’ ideological and political education,and continuously softening and weakening the effectiveness of the elements,process and results of ideological and political education of college students.To strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students is a long term concern.The tendency of college students to become "Buddhists" needs to arouse high vigilance and active response of university ideological and political workers.First of all,we should sort out the principles of education and improve the overall ability of ideological and political education of college students.We should adhere to the principle of scientific rationality and grasp the height of ideological and political education.Adhere to the principle of life,explore the breadth of ideological and political education;adhere to the principle of fashion,light up the bright degree of ideological and political education;adhere to the principle of humanistic care,reflect the temperature of ideological and political education.Secondly,we should change our educational thinking and improve the adaptability of college students’ ideological and political education.It is necessary to explore the new mode of symbiosis between mainstream culture and the "Buddhist" subculture to achieve inclusiveness and dialogue,explore the long-term mechanism of guiding college students’ values under the influence of the "Buddhist" subculture,and rebuild the trust relationship with college students.Thirdly,we should optimize the educational concept and enhance the guiding ability of college students’ ideological and political education.We should pay attention to the cultivation of rational spirit to cultivate the excellent quality of college students,re-examine labor education to cultivate the tenacious quality of college students,and innovate practical education to cultivate the public spirit of college students.Fourthly,we should expand the educational position and enhance the leading ability of college students’ ideological and political education.We should keep pace with the times to grasp the network position,effectively solve the communication barriers between the network era and college students,and actively alleviate the socialization difficulties of college students in the network era.Fifthly,we should deepen the content of education and enhance the discourse ability of ideological and political education of college students.The content of college students’ ideological and political education should be transformed into "subtraction" by events,and the content of ideological and political education attributes that do not conform to the changes of The Times should be simplified,and the trend of "internal volume" of ideological and political education should be broken.We should
