A Study On The Cultivation Of Positive Social Mentality Of College Students

Social mentality reflects the psychological feelings and mental state of social members about the current social life.Cultivating a social mindset of self-esteem,self-confidence,rationality,peace,and positivity is an inevitable requirement for strengthening and innovating social governance in the new era,and also a fundamental need to promote harmonious social development.Whether college students have a positive social mentality not only affects their own development direction and effectiveness;And it also relates to the cultivation of builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics;The stability of the relationship society and the development process of future Chinese society.At present,the cultivation of a positive social mentality among college students is facing many factors such as new contradictions and new directions in social development.The negative emotions caused by the epidemic have not yet been completely eliminated,the social anxiety caused by modern life pressure has intensified,and the trust crisis of online information has occasionally flashed.These practical problems have directly troubled the cultivation of a positive social mentality among college students.In this context,the cultivation of positive social attitudes among college students has become a theoretical issue that needs to be analyzed,and it is also a practical need to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students.This article is based on the perspective of Marxist theory and draws on the theories and methods of psychology,sociology,and other disciplines.Based on the organic unity of theory and practice,it analyzes the issue of positive social psychology among college students.Firstly,starting from the concept,the basic connotations of mentality,social mentality,and positive social mentality are dissected.The external manifestations of positive social mentality are analyzed from three dimensions: people and themselves,people and people,and people and society.On this basis,the connotation and characteristics of positive social mentality of college students are clarified.Secondly,propose the basis for cultivating positive social attitudes among college students,providing theoretical guidance and practical guidance for their cultivation.Once again,using a questionnaire survey to conduct practical research on the current situation of positive social attitudes among college students,analyze the main problems in the development of positive social attitudes among college students,and analyze the practical reasons for the emergence of social attitude problems.Finally,in response to practical problems,a systematic approach is proposed to cultivate a positive social mindset among college students.We should follow the principles of combining theoretical guidance with practical reflection,value guidance with emotional satisfaction,and overall development with individual guidance.We should also continuously optimize the classroom education carrier,practical activity carrier,cultural dissemination carrier,and mass media carrier for cultivating positive social psychology among college students.We should also innovate in practice from the aspects of talent team construction,evaluation system construction,and the improvement of college students’ self-construction ability,To achieve the goal of cultivating a positive social mindset among college students.
