Research On The Cultivation Of A Healthy Mentality Of Physiological Peace In Universities From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

The cultivation of college students' rational and peaceful health mentality is not only an important content of education,but also an important task that the party and the country attach great importance to.Under the background of the new era,China's society is undergoing rapid changes,and various contradictions and problems have become increasingly prominent,which has induced a series of unhealthy social attitudes.In the process of social transformation and development,the ideological and psychological state of college students will inevitably be affected.In addition,college students are confronted with the problems of growth and development,which leads to the spread and popularity of the anxious,confused,negative,depressed,indifferent,utilitarian,extreme and other unhealthy mentality among the college students.As college students are important members of society,their mental state of health is not only related to their healthy development,but also related to the prospects and fate of the socialism with Chinese characteristics,affecting the stability and harmonious development of society.Therefore,in the context of the new era,it is urgent to study and cultivate the rational and peaceful mental state of college students.This paper,based on the perspective of ideological and political education,combines the principles and methods of ideological and political education,and studies the healthy mentality of cultivating college students' rational and peaceful mind from four parts.The first part is the introduction.In the context of social transformation and development,combing domestic and foreign scholars to study the connotation of social psychology,the current situation of college students' social mentality,the causes of college students' unhealthy social mentality and the function of ideological and political education in cultivating college students' healthy social mentality,discussing the theoretical basis and significance of this research.The second part starts with the basic concept,and elaborates the mental state and the mental health mentality and the healthy mentality of college students,and clarifies the basic characteristics of the healthy mental state of college students.On this basis,it focuses on the analysis and exploration of the function of ideological and political education in cultivating the students' rational peace of mind.The third part according to the situation of the social mentality of college students,analysis of the negative aspects of social mentality of contemporary college students and their causes,and provides a realistic basis for cultivating a rational and peaceful mentality.The fourth part is the focus of the full text.It mainly discusses the principles of ideological and political education and the resources and channels for ideological and political education and further strengthen and optimize the carrier,when cultivating the students'rational peace of mind.On the basis of building a social environment,the ideological and political education should lead the mainstream consciousness of college students,build a good network environment,establish a mental health education and grooming mechanism,strengthen the self-adjustment of the mentality of college students,and promote them to form a rational and peaceful mentality.
