| Employment is the biggest issue concerning people’s livelihood.The employment choice and career development of college students are related to the future of the country and the nation,as well as the happiness of millions of families.The party and the country regard the young college students as the pillars of the country and the hope of the nation.Since the reform and opening up,the Party and the state have been calling on college students from all levels to work at the grassroots level after graduation and make contributions to the nation and the country.After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping expressed the hope that young people should combine their own reality with the ‘Chinese Dream’of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,base their personal dreams on the struggle for the interests of the people,and achieve the unity of national,social and personal values.This is also the core content of ‘three views’ education in ideological and political education.However,the lack of talents in western China,a large number of grass-roots units are not accepted,the phenomenon of ‘flash resignation’in the workplace and other problems highlight that some college students have not enough cognition of the unity of collective interests and personal interests;Life ideal,goals are not clear;Hedonism and individualism are on the rise.That when choosing a career of university students cannot be truly combining the realization of personal value and the collective interests,nor can the individual interests and development goals and social service combination,collective development,exposed the ‘through’ education teaching model needs to be improved,the actual effect of education and the requirements of the party and state to a certain gap,need to be improved.Starting with Marxist values,this study focuses on the interdependent relationship between the values of the state,society and individual under collectivism and socialist system,and clarifies how the ‘three views’ education revolves around this ideological system in the employment of colleges and universities.With the development of China’s socialist spiritual civilization construction and the adjustment of employment system constantly improve the historical process and realistic value.On the basis of this theory,through qualitative research and quantitative research,this study found that the prominent characteristics of college students’ employment values are both rational and pragmatic;We should look at both ‘former’ and ‘money’;Both recognized collectivism and personal interests to choose a career.It shows that the educational effect of ‘three views’ in colleges and universities is generally good,and meets the requirements of the Party and the state for college students.However,college students’ cognition of the relationship between collective interests and individual interests is fragmented and uncoordinated,leading to students’ recognition of ideals and contributions to society,but it is considered a ‘hypocritical’ thing to implement in real life.Students then appear to recognize the concept of collectivism but pursue personal interests first;A lifestyle of striving but hedonism;Have a long-term attitude towards life,positive life goals but live in reality,myopic contradictory complex ‘separation of knowledge and action’ state.The research also shows that the most influential factors of college students’ ‘three views’ are their personal experience,followed by family conditions,parents’ education,excellent teachers and campus cultural atmosphere,and finally the social influence.It shows that the current educational form and content of ‘three views’ education in colleges and universities is not enough to focus on the growth of students’ real life,and the practical effect of education needs to be improved.The educational effect may still remain in the stage of only entering into the brain but not into the heart,only receiving but not practicing,only knowing that it is not good,which needs to be improved.Based on the above research,the paper analyzes the problems in the guidance of employment values from the perspective of ‘three views’ education: the lack of political direction in the guidance of college students’ employment values,the lack of transformation of education methods,the implementation of classified education and so on.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the ideological and political education,especially the education of ‘three views’ : adhere to the basic value orientation of the country,society and individual;Respect employment values structure development law;Emphasizing the student-centered approach to education;Give play to the main role of society,family and school in ‘Three views’ education;In particular,it puts forward new educational ideas and ideas for the education of ‘three views’.The purpose is to improve the effectiveness of the‘three views’ education and train builders and successors of socialism for the party and the country in the new era. |
