A Study On The Professional Values Of Contemporary College Students

The employment situation of college students is a hot topic of social concern all the time,in order to solve this problem,whether it is a government,an university or a unit of employment,they are all taking measures.Through the search and analysis of the literature published by the predecessors,this thesis holds that the researches for vocational values of college students have no deep and systematic empirical analyses except domestic and foreign scholars' theories,the major constructions of universities and the professional talents of social needs do not match is the root cause generally believed by society.Simply changing the majors of universities can't reverse the situation of hard employment of college students at the source because of the fuzzy relationship between major constructions of universities and professional talents of social needs.Entering and integrating into society is the only one way for college students to make career plans that are really suitable for themselves.In this point,The big differences between values of college students in the field of employment and social demand for talents is the crucial reason for the mismatch of labor demand market and college education.Universities should strengthen the guidance of employment and the cultivation of innovative talents,practically guide students to change the concept of employment and set up correct vocational values.On the basis of the predecessors,through further empirical analyses,this thesis takes the HengShui College for example,acquires the basic situation of college students' vocational values,explores the differences between the values of college students' employment and social talents needs,studies and analyses the countermeasures,makes contribution to solving the problem of college students' difficulty in employment.Moreover,this research can provide feedback for employment guidance of employment teaching and research department in HengShui College,offer practical advice for employment management works,also give some other institutions of universities useful inspiration.Hence this thesis takes HengShui College which is an ordinary full-time undergraduate college for an example,launches Investigation and analysis.
