| Countries all over the world have paid more attention to coaches.Under the background of China’s sports power strategy,the cultivation and development of coaches has become the only way for China’s sports development.Under the guidance of the socialist core value system in the new era,the professional values of coaches have become one of the important factors restricting the development of sports in China.This paper selects 18 representative coaches in different sports,using the method of grounded interview,through three-level coding,abstracts the four dimensions of coaches’ professional values,and constructs the theoretical logic model of coaches’ professional values,so as to provide reference for the training and selection of coaches in our country in the future.The research process of this paper is as follows:First of all,by using the method of literature review,this paper makes a preliminary understanding of the current research situation of coaches’ professional values.Through the literature review and reference,it forms the initial interview outline of coaches’ professional values,and then forms a formal interview outline after discussion with experts.Then,through interviews and telephone interviews,the researcher analyzes 18 representative coaches in various sports With the continuous interview,the interview outline is constantly adjusted and modified,and finally 18 in-depth interview records are obtained.In the next stage,the researchers collate the recorded data into words,and combined with the observation notes during the interview,test the reliability and validity of the interview data.Then,the researchers use nvivol2 to code the interview data,and carry on the research The theoretical saturation test was carried out.Finally,under the support of the theory,the theoretical logic model of coaches’ professional values is constructed.Through the above research process,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The professional values of coaches can be divided into four dimensions:professional motivation,social interaction,ideological cognition and professional belief.(2)The professional value of coaches can be grouped into ideological cognition,social interaction,professional belief and professional motivation,listed in order of significance level on occurrence rate.(3)The construction of the theoretical logic model of coaches’ professional values,it is concluded that there is a progressive relationship among professional motivation,social interaction,ideological cognition and professional belief,and the professional values are influenced by social production mode and world outlook.(4)The professional value of coaches are influenced by coaches’ special education experience,national policies and political and economic development. |
