Research On The Construction Of Ideological Security Prevention And Control Mechanism In Universities In The New Media Era

The clash of ideological discourse,the contest of teams and the battle for positions are not about "killing people",but about "killing hearts".Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the situation in the field of ideology has undergone a general and fundamental transformation.In general,we have achieved "four effective changes" :has effectively reversed the Party’s leadership was ignored,downplayed,weakened;has effectively reversed the erosion of the Party’s mainstream ideology and dominant position;has effectively reversed the situation of passive response and ineffective counterattack to fallacies and heresies;and has effectively reversedthe past situation of online chaos and passive beatings.Strengthening the prevention and control of ideological security in universities in the new media era is decided by the situation of the world,national conditions,the Party,the people and public opinion.It is not only beneficial to the comprehensive implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,build the foundation of ideological work leadership,management and discourse power,and the enrichment of the theoretical system of national ideological security education in the perspective of new media,but also helps to understand the risks and challenges faced by the mainstream ideological communication,promote the modernization of China’s system and capacity for governance to the grass-roots level,and hold the main position of ideological security prevention and control in universities.This study mainly elaborates from the following five aspects.Firstly,conceptual definition and theoretical foundation related to new media and ideological security in universities.Based on the analysis of ideology related concepts and characteristics in the new media era,this paper objectively analyzes the risks and challenges faced by the security prevention and control of network ideology,and systematically sorts out the main characteristics of ideology,such as class,permeability,fallibility,integrity,reality and unconsciousness.This study systematically combs the ideology construction thoughts of the proletarian revolutionary mentor Marx,Engels,Lenin,the ideology construction theories of Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping,It not only inherits the fine tradition,but also reflects the spirit of the times,which provides us with rich ideological resources to carry out the research on the prevention and control mechanism of ideological security in universities in the new media era.Secondly,the development of new media and its influence on the prevention and control of ideological security in universities.With the rapid development of digital technology,the development of new media has gone through three stages: brewing,strengthening and emerging.New media communication is characterized by diversification of communication thoughts,decentralization of communication structure,clustering of communication objects,interaction of communication forms,intelligence of communication technology,and convergence of communication trends.Based on the two dimensions of the positive and negative effects of the development of new media on the ideological security of universities,this study analyzes the opportunities from the four aspects of the width,thickness,accuracy and validity of the new media communication,and analyzes challenges from the four aspects of diversification,openness,fragmentation and commercialization.Thirdly,identity status of university teachers and students to ideological information in the new media era.Based on the investigation of the ideological security identification of university students and teachers,this paper focuses on the statistical analysis of the ideological status and response behavior of university students,specifically including the response to new media communication in five dimensions: information value orientation,information content design,information presentation form,information communication channel and information supervision mechanism,as well as the response to university education in five dimensions:education frequency,educationcontent,education mode,team capacity and construction management.This study proposes that improving the quality of new media communication and ideological and political education for college students has an important impact on improving the behavior response of college students to ideological information in the new media era.These are the innovations of this article.Fourthly,objectives and principles for the construction of ideological security mechanism in universities in the new media era.Ideology is the weapon of thought.To do a good job of ideological security prevention and control in universities,it is necessary to deepen the understanding of the characteristics and laws of ideological work,and always focus on the ideological leadership,management power,discourse power and the goal of cultivating new people to assume the great responsibility of national rejuvenation,and firmly grasp the principles of ideological security prevention and controlin.Universities should adhere to the unity of party spirit and national character,the unity of unified leadership and diversified development,the unity of explicit education and implicit education,the unity of online governance and offline promotion,the unity of goal orientation and problem orientation.Fifth,content and path of ideological security in universities from the perspective of new media.In order to build,use and manage network new media well,universities must build a complete system,efficient operation and powerful ideological prevention and control operation mechanism.This study constructs the mechanism from five dimensions: building the identification mechanism,optimizing the research and judgment mechanism,strengthening the blocking mechanism,promoting the coordination mechanism,and improving the supervision mechanism.Besides,this study works from three dimensions:strengthening the technology enabling,strengthening the communication matrix,strengthening the political responsibility to effectively resist the ideological infiltration of hostile forces,so as to create opportunities in the crisis and make new progresses in the changing situation.In short,the field of ideology has always been an undercurrent,sword and dagger.With the change of the pattern of network media,new media has become ubiquitous,omnipresent and used by no one,and the spread of network ideological information has become more rapid.Whether the ideology of colleges and universities is safe or not is an important yardstick to test whether the Party organizations in universities firmly adhere to the socialist orientation of running schools,implement the fundamental task of building moral character and cultivating people,and promote the modernization of China’s system and capacity for governance.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the construction of the ideological security prevention and control mechanism in universities in the new media era,continue to consolidate and strengthen mainstream thinking and public opinionand improve the ability to resolve risks.This is not only an inevitable requirement for coping with and defusing risks and challenges in advance,but also an urgent need for scientific early warning and turning passivity into initiative.
