Primary And Secondary Schools In Security Prevention And Control Mechanism

Children are the future of the motherland,therefore, the campus safety in primary and secondary school has become the focus and attract various groups attention. In recent years, the accidents occurred frequently in primary and secondary school, which not only threaten to the students'physical and mental health, but also threaten to their lives. Furthermore, the accidents bring much economic burden and mental shock to their families. In addition, the accidents could constrain the school education and teaching carried out on schedule. What is more,the accidents could affect the development of social harmony and stability. As an education management worker, it's necessary to discuss and analyze the accidents deeply according to the educational legislation and experience. Thus this article mainly start from the reasons that give rise to the accidents, and try to combine the education legislation,the prevention and control mechanisms and the experience to analyze the case. The writer try to promote the campus safety management work further by sort out and analyze the problem.The first chapter of this article mainly argued the sources and significance of the topics, in addition, propose the core concepts and the methodology. What is more,the author try to discuss four aspects about the campus safety which include the meaning of campus safety,the factors that affect the campus safety,the mechanism research regard to the campus safety and the study on campus security legislation by sort out the material about the campus safety in primary and secondary from the CNKI.The second chapter of this article mainly discussed the typical case which prone to occur in campus further and reflections on teaching.The third chapter of this article argued the problems and the reasons about the campus safety in primary and secondary. Base on the research and analysis about the material, the writer mainly discussed five aspects which include the individuals'unsafe behavior,the objects status insecurity,the accidents disposal,the management deficiencies and the unsafe conditions about surrounding.The fourth chapter of this article mainly argued the existing legal and focus on the content about the "Nursery school safety management approach"and the "Jiangsu Province primary school students personal injury accident prevention and treatment methods". Furthermore, the writer tries to discuss the implementation strategy about the legislation.The fifth chapter of this article mainly argued the prevention and control mechanisms for primary and secondary campus safety, which include two facts, the first place is the construction and operation about the investigation mechanism for campus safety, the second place is the content,the form and the program about school safety inspection.The sixth chapter of this article mainly combined the specific case discussed how to implement the safety prevention and control mechanisms in actual.The seventh chapter is the conclusion of the article.
