State Council issued The Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era,pointing out that it is necessary to continuously strengthen the improvement of students’ comprehensive quality,speeding up the construction of an educational power and a sports power,cultivating students’ indomitable will and quality,and building an education system for the comprehensive cultivation of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.Physical education major undertakes the important task of training all kinds of physical education teachers at all levels and is an important cornerstone related to national health and national future development.The cultivation of teachers is inseparable from curriculum,the development of disciplines is inseparable from curriculum construction,and the core curriculum of physical education specialty is the carrier and foothold of cultivating high-quality faculties.In this sense,how to understand and construct the core curriculum of physical education has an internal and profound relationship with the cultivation of physical education talents in the future.The masking and weakening of humanistic value is not only the expression of the current dilemma of physical education curriculum,but also the dilemma of Ideological and political construction of physical education curriculum.How to highlight and strengthen the humanistic attribute of physical education core curriculum and promote the reconstruction of humanistic value of physical education core curriculum is an important problem to be solved urgently.The Guiding Outline for Ideological and Political Construction of Courses in Colleges and Universities in 2020 clearly points out that the ideological and political construction of courses takes loving the party,the country,the society,the people and the collective as the main line,optimizes the supply of Ideological and political content of courses around family feelings,cultural literacy and moral cultivation,also systematically carries out Chinese dream education,mental health education and Chinese traditional culture education.China’s college physical education conforms to the development trend of the times and responds to the call of curriculum ideological and political construction.It should also start from the curriculum,emphasize people-oriented,strengthen humanistic education,improve humanistic cultivation,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor education.This study combs and defines the major of physical education,core curriculum and humanistic value through the method of literature research.According to the current situation and problems of the core curriculum of physical education major in colleges and universities,this study refines the enlightening views on humanistic value.Using the methods of interview and questionnaire to investigates the current situation of the education of life and aesthetic,and the integration of traditional culture and some related problems in the core curriculum of physical education major in 8 colleges and universities in China.Although national,schools and students are paid attention to the humanistic value of the core curriculum in physical education major at colleges and universities,it is found in the practical investigation of the cognition of teachers and students,the mastery of students and the concept of humanistic value education that there are still many problems in the integration of humanistic value of the core curriculum of physical education major in colleges and universities,and the phenomenon of "two skins" between policy promotion and reality is remarkable.Under the current background of humanistic value education,the humanistic value integration and practice of the core curriculum of physical education major in colleges and universities are insufficient.First,the understanding of the curriculum content is not comprehensive,the excavation is not sufficient,and the in-depth teaching of the dimension of humanistic core value is lack;Second,the evaluation system is imperfect and lacks the evaluation dimension of humanistic value,which leads to the low enthusiasm of teachers’ integration.Moreover,teachers and students do not fully understand the humanistic nature of the core curriculum of physical education.Therefore,according to the above research background and practical problems,what we should to think is: at present,it is no longer a question of whether college physical education needs to integrate humanistic value,but how to highlight the humanistic value of core courses? What is the purpose of integrating humanistic value into the core curriculum of physical education major in colleges and universities? What idea should be based on,how to integrate? and what can make the humanistic value more prominent and conform to the development of modern education? Based on this,this study focuses on the humanistic value and realization path of the core curriculum of physical education major in colleges and universities.Under the background of curriculum ideological and political construction,combined with the humanistic elements inherent in physical education itself,through systematic combing,we believe that the humanistic value of the core curriculum of physical education major in colleges and universities is mainly reflected in four dimensions,specifically,life care,aesthetic will,traditional culture and patriotism.Life care is the humanistic value of the core curriculum of physical education major in colleges and universities.Firstly,it explains the humanistic attribute of life education thought from four aspects: principle,goal,concept and process.Secondly,it analyzes the correlation between life education and college physical education,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further excavation.Thirdly,excavating the life value of the core curriculum of physical education major in colleges and universities.Finally,it investigates the current situation of integrating life education into the core curriculum,and makes a realistic reflection on the core curriculum of Physical Education Specialty in colleges and universities from the perspective of life care.Aesthetic Will is the soul of humanistic value of the core curriculum of physical education major in Colleges and universities.The humanistic attribute of aesthetic education is reflected in the essence,characteristics,tasks and essence of aesthetic education.With the continuous development of China’s higher education,the aesthetic education function of sports has been paid more and more attention,and has become the focus of China’s education field at present and in the future.The aesthetic dimension of the core curriculum of physical education in colleges and universities is to make students master the essence and regularity of aesthetics,form aesthetic consciousness,and make students’ body and mind develop comprehensively and healthily.The core curriculum of physical education in colleges and universities,it is found that there are many problems in the traditional culture education in the core curriculum,and puts forward the ways to integrate into the traditional culture education from the perspective of teachers and students.Patriotism is the core of humanistic value of the core curriculum of physical education major in Colleges and universities.The essential attribute of patriotism comes from its humanistic core.Only by clarifying the humanistic value orientation of patriotism can we better grasp the fundamental task and ultimate goal of patriotism
