In order to understand the setting and problems of the curriculum of teachers' education in physical education,this study will improve the existing curriculum structure and content,and put forward the optimization way of implementation,under the guidance of the specialization of PE teachers 'education.In this study,the use of literature research,investigation,action research,case analysis,and other research methods.Firstly,it analyzes the demand of PE teachers' teaching ability under the background of the current era,and analyzes the problems of PE teacher's curriculum in PE education.Secondly,it constructs the PE teacher education curriculum under the professional goal orientation.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the implementation of PE teachers' curriculum,and validates the proposal through action research and case analysis.Research conclusions are as follows:The reform and development of PE teacher education curriculum,from the international perspective,the United States,Britain,Japan and three international organizations are teachers to specialization as the main goal of reform,highlighting the ability of teachers to practice education,reflection ability and lifelong learning ability,and gradually make teacher education to standardization.On the domestic front,the promulgation of "double standard" and "two methods",as well as the advancement of the reform of basic education curriculum,put forward higher requirements for PE teachers,mainly in teaching object analysis ability,teaching design ability,subject teaching ability and teaching practice ability four aspects.China's physical education professional teacher education courses,the structural problems are,set up the type of chaos,the proportion of low weight,lack of practice time and a single form.Content problems,obsolescence,repetitive problems,and disagreement with social needs,lack of content.The implementation of the problem is not enough attention to teaching practice,curriculum implementation form to be adjusted.The establishment of the professional goal orientation of the PE teacher education curriculum is mainly based on the overall trend of the professional development of the teachers' professional development,the inherent needs of the individual development of the physical education teachers,the inevitable requirement of the sustainable development of the physical education specialty,and the practical existence of the PE teacher education curriculum Problems and the demands of physical education curriculum reform for physical education teachers.The connotation of curriculum professional orientation includes three aspects.The orientation of meaning requires the co-ordination of teaching and education,the orientation of organizational requires the integration of foundation and extension,and the action orientation requires the consideration of practice and reflection.The curriculum of physical education teachers includes four levels: general education curriculum,physical education curriculum,technical course and education practice course.The content of the course includes three aspects of educational morality,educational knowledge and educational ability,and put forward two kinds of curriculum content forms which can be set up independently and embedded.General education courses and teacher education courses,it is recommended to enrich the implementation of the curriculum,through the establishment of case library,to observe,assist classes,arrange lectures,competitions,network platform to build a variety of ways to change the past to teach the main teaching approach.The teaching theory part of the course should strengthen the connection with the teaching practice in sports course.Sports technology learning stage can try to exchange the role of teachers and students to increase the opportunities for teaching students,teaching practice should be refined part of each teaching requirements.The course of educational practice needs to be optimized in the following areas: the choice of internship school,the qualification examination of the internship teacher,the supervisory mechanism of the internship process and the effective evaluation of the intern.
