| The industrial cluster complex formed through the co-aggregation of multiple industries has gradually become an important form of industrial space development in the future.In the new era,the new forms of industrial space are constantly breaking through the traditional administrative boundaries and gradually forming a new pattern of layered industrial space with the core city as the hub and the coordinated development of multi-city industries.Building world-class urban clusters have become China’s medium and long-term national strategy.The urban cluster is the main space vector and an important geographical unit for the future development of Chinese industry.The urban cluster spatial transformation and industrial structure upgrade will benefit promote the quality,efficiency,and power of regional economic growth.Based on Wasserstein’s distance algorithm of machine learning,this paper uses microenterprise geographic data,applies matrix expansion Sinkhorn algorithm and entropy regularization constraint method to improve the solution method.We construct industrial coagglomeration index through hypothesis testing and Monte-Carlo simulation.This paper calculates the industrial coagglomeration level of China’s urban clusters of 2007 and 2013.Based on the measurement results,it is found that the level of inter-industry coagglomeration within two-digit industries is higher than that cross two-digit industries in China’s urban clusters.The economy backward urban clusters have higher industrial agglomeration level.From 2007 to 2013,the overall level of inter-industry co-agglomeration in China’s urban clusters was reduced and the level of local refined cooperation was improved.Based on the directivity of the industrial coagglomeration index,this paper analyzes the differences of industrial space core industries of different urban clusters and draws the structure chart of industrial space.Then,this paper studies the influencing factors of industrial coagglomeration and finds that inputoutput correlation,knowledge spillover level and scale gap have significant positive effects on industrial coagglomeration,while labor pool and technology gap have significant negative effects on industrial coagglomeration.The regional characteristics of urban clusters,such as government size,are negatively correlated with the level of inter-industry coagglomeration.In this paper,the concept of “Industry Space” is defined and its connotation is explained.based on the calculation of the industrial coagglomeration index,this paper puts forward the analysis paradigm of industrial space based on a complex network and describes the characteristics of industrial space from the three aspects of network space parameters,network core nodes,and industrial space density index.To better illustrate the method of this paper,this paper takes the urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta urban cluster as an example to study the structural form and evolution trend of industrial space from 1998 to 2013.On the whole,the spatial structure of the Yangtze River Delta industry experienced an "inverted Ushaped" process of becoming closer and then becoming dispersed,and around 2008 was the inflection point of the trend transformation of the spatial structure.From the perspective of the structure form of industrial space,the pillar industries in the Yangtze River Delta region show a trend of diversified development,with the pillar industries transforming to high-quality and high-tech industries,indicating the optimization characteristics of the internal structure of the industry within the region.Furthermore,from the perspective of the labor pool,technology spillover,and scale effect,this paper analyzes the difference and evolution trend of industrial spatial structure,and finds that the status of labor-intensive pillar industries in the network is gradually declining,while the status of technology-intensive pillar industries and scale economy pillar industries in the network is gradually increasing.We systematically expound the concept and connotation of industrial space and construct a multi-dimensional density index.For the research on the productivity performance improvement effect brought by the industrial space network formed by the industrial coagglomeration,this paper uses the theoretical framework of the static technological progress model as support,based on the data of micro-enterprises,measures the total factor productivity at the enterprise level,and examines the effects from two directions of being co-agglomerated.The results show that the productivity of enterprises is significantly affected by the positive externalities brought about by industrial coagglomeration in both directions,and the effect of “outward coagglomeration” significantly higher than the effect of “inward coagglomeration”.From the perspectives of regional heterogeneity and industrial heterogeneity,the differences in the improvement of corporate productivity performance are discussed.The results show that there are significant differences in the regional heterogeneity of the directionality of industrial spatial coagglomeration.From the aspect of “outward coagglomeration”,the effect of the east region is weak,the central and west region are strong".From the aspect of “inward coagglomeration”,the east area and central area are strong yet the west is weak.In the direction of “outward coagglomeration”,there is no significant difference among high-tech,medium-technology,and low-tech industries.In the direction of “inward coagglomeration”,the impact of medium-tech and low-tech industries is significantly lower than that of high-tech industries.Cross-industry spatial and geographical convergence brings about important positive externalities,and the quantitative and qualitative effect of innovation performance is the focus of this study.This article by coagglomeration with directional industry index verification industry innovation performance improvement effect of the coagglomeration between,the study found that industry in the industrial spatial coagglomeration network can get externalities,produce obvious innovation performance of ascension,through specific industries geographic approaches to promote the spread of tacit knowledge is industry innovation mechanism of performance improvement,this conclusion in the innovation output quantity and quality is verified.At the same time,there are differences in innovation spillover effect in the two directions of "toward coagglomeration" and "by coagglomeration",and the technological improvement effect of active coagglomeration is higher than that of passive coagglomeration.In terms of the interpretation of Jacobs externality,the empirical test showed that the inputoutput industrial chain could not bring the improvement of innovation performance.However,the industrial agglomeration of technology-related industries produces a significant effect of "symbiosis of interest",and the innovation performance of the industries that are co-located declines,while the innovation performance of the industries that are geographically adjacent to technology-related industries can be significantly improved,which provides a new perspective of interpretation for Jacobs externality.Regarding the research on the impact of the spatial network formed by industrial coagglomeration on the dynamic growth of the industry,based on the dynamic growth model that examines the spillover between industries and the spillover between industries,this paper empirically examines the two directions of industrial spatial coagglomeration: Dynamic spillover effects on industrial employment growth.The study found that the spillover effect of the industrial “outward coagglomeration” significantly negatively affects the dynamic growth of the industry employment,and the “inward coagglomeration” of the industrial significantly positively affects the dynamic growth of the industry employment.From the perspective of industrial heterogeneity,the negative impact of labor-intensive and resource-intensive industries in the direction of “outward coagglomeration” is stronger than that of technologyintensive and capital-intensive industries,while the negative impact of labor-intensive and resource-intensive industries in the direction of “inward coagglomeration” is positive.The industries that affect the dynamic growth of industrial employment are mostly technologyintensive and capital-intensive industries,and those that are negatively affected are mostly labor-intensive industries.From the perspective of regional heterogeneity,there are significant differences in the employment dynamic growth impact of industrial coagglomeration among the east area,central area,and west area.From the perspective of the positive externalities of coagglomeration,the positive externalities in the east are the strongest,followed by the western and the central region.The policy enlightenment of this article is mainly as follows: First,establish and improve the industrial space governance system led by urban clusters,and take industrial interaction and integration and efficient integration of industrial chains as the focus and direction of urban agglomeration industrial space governance.In the process of seeking industrial structure upgrading and high-quality development,urban clusters must fully consider the internal linkages between industries,especially the unidirectional linkages between industries.An accurate understanding of this objective law is conducive to the adjustment of regional industrial structure.Efficient,reasonable,and scientific decision-making.Second,there is a large room for policy implementation in industrial space governance.On the one hand,there is still a lot of room for development in the level of co-cohesion among cross-double-digit industries in urban clusters.Using the facts of cross-double-digit industries to co-aggregate to break through the barriers of traditional industry division,and then implement efficient industrial spatial structure adjustment is the future of urban agglomeration industrial governance,On the other hand,there is spatial dependence between industries of similar industrial nature,and urban agglomeration industrial policies need to fully mobilize the shared production factors of the same double-digit industry,and rationally allocate the upstream and downstream industrial resources to form a benign industry.Develop the ecosystem.Third,given the obvious regional differences between the degree of industrial cohesion and the economic growth of industrial cohesion in various urban clusters in China,urban agglomeration governance groups need to formulate differentiated industrial governance strategies.Decisionmakers can combine the characteristics of the existing industrial space distribution in the region to understand the internal industrial space structure,and promote the "from scratch" of interindustry copolymerization with input-output dependence and technology dependence,and improve high efficiency and high production capacity.The co-existence of industries is "from there to the best".Fourth,in the face of the objective needs of high-quality industrial development and the development of strategic emerging industries,local governments should further provide good external conditions for the effective integration of high-tech industries.Fifth,through scientific planning of industrial parks,the dissemination of tacit knowledge can be accelerated,which in turn promotes the improvement of the innovation capability of regional industrial cluster complexes.Fully consider the direction of inter-industry copolymerization,combine the laws of regional industrial coagglomeration in scientific planning,create a good business environment,and promote the occurrence of active spatial copolymerization.At the same time,it is necessary to further establish technologically related industrial cluster complexes,break the “zero-sum game”,and promote the comprehensive improvement of regional industrial system innovation capabilities. |
