intelligent manufacturing as a mainstay in the transformational development of manufacturing businesses.In recent years,although the overall size of our manufacturing enterprises has been expanding,the ability for science and technology innovation has been improving,the industrial structure has been constantly optimized,the scale of foreign trade has been expanding,and international competitiveness has been increasing,our manufacturing enterprises have a high degree of external dependence on Key Technologies.With the gradual disappearance of " demographic dividend ",the development of manufacturing enterprises in our country is still large and not strong,and the phenomenon of rising production costs,not strong autonomous innovation ability,and low resource energy use efficiency of manufacturing enterprises has also gradually become apparent,how to rapidly improve the innovation ability of manufacturing enterprises in our country and improve the innovative performance of manufacturing enterprises has become an important problem facing the development of manufacturing enterprises,And the intelligence of manufacturing enterprises points to a new direction for achieving high quality development in our manufacturing enterprises,and provides the transformation and upgrade of manufacturing enterprises,which is the due sense to promote the high quality development of manufacturing enterprises in the era of intelligence.Clearly making manufacturing firms intelligent will have an impact on the innovation performance of manufacturing firms,clarity the current level of innovation performance of intelligent manufacturing firms will help manufacturing firms to smoothly advance the intelligent transformation,get rid of such dilemmas as the inability to innovation,and achieve high-quality development of firms.Based on this,this paper takes manufacturing firms as a research object and based on previous studies,combined with the actual practice of Chinese manufacturing firms,from the two perspectives of dynamic and static,to develop a theoretical analysis and an empirical study of the impact of the intelligence of manufacturing firms on innovation performance,to explore the mechanism of the impact of the intelligence of manufacturing firms on innovation performance,and to clarify the pathway,mode and effect effect of the intelligence of manufacturing firms on innovation performance,To evaluate the innovation performance level of smart manufacturing firms,in combination with empirical studies,we propose countermeasures to enhance the innovation performance of manufacturing firms,in the hope of accelerating the promotion of innovative performance of manufacturing firms,and then promoting the development of high quality of manufacturing firms in China.Firstly,this paper defines the connotation of manufacturing firm intelligence and manufacturing firm innovation performance and the research framework of the impact of manufacturing firm intelligence on innovation performance.Based on the results of previous studies that have combed out the intelligence and innovation performance of manufacturing firms,the concepts and dimensions of intelligence and innovation performance of manufacturing firms are defined.From a resource base theory,an organization culture theory,and a flexible management theory,we analyze the relationship between the intelligence and innovation performance of manufacturing firms and propose a research framework for the impact of the intelligence of manufacturing firms on innovation performance.Secondly,to analyze the mechanism underlying the effect of manufacturing firm intelligence on innovation performance from a dynamic perspective.Based on the comparative analysis,the decision test and evaluation trial method(DEMATEL)and the system dynamics method were selected as the theoretical analysis methods.From the perspectives of corporate technology,organizational management,and business models,respectively,we dynamically analyze the causal relationship between the intelligence and innovation performance of manufacturing firms,construct a causal relationship model between the intelligence and innovation performance of manufacturing firms,identify the leading path of the influence of the intelligence of manufacturing firms on innovation performance,and summarize the causal path of the influence of the intelligence of manufacturing firms on innovation performance from a dynamic perspective.Thirdly,the mechanism underlying the effect of manufacturing firm intelligence on innovation performance is empirically examined.Based on the literature research and mechanistic analysis,the related hypotheses of the direct effect of manufacturing firm intelligence on innovation performance are proposed,and some mediating variables such as technological innovation,organizational innovation,and business model innovation are introduced,and the related hypotheses of the mediating role are proposed.At the same time,the moderating role of external environments such as environmental inclusivity and environmental dynamic between the intelligence and innovation performance of manufacturing firms is analyzed,and relevant hypotheses are put forward.Taking all types of related hypotheses together,the conceptual model of the mechanism by which the intelligence of manufacturing firms affects innovation performance is proposed.A questionnaire is designed based on the relative maturity scale at home and abroad to collect data related to manufacturing firms,to empirically test the related hypothesis between the intelligence and innovation performance of manufacturing firms,and to revise the conceptual model of the mechanism of the influence of manufacturing firm intelligence on innovation performance,based on the results of the empirical test,to make clear the mechanism of the influence of manufacturing firm intelligence on innovation performance.Fourthly,the innovation performance levels of smart manufacturing firms are evaluated.The 20 listed companies in the list of " intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration firms and projects " issued by the Ministry of industrial information were used as sample firms for innovative performance evaluation of intelligent manufacturing,to construct an intelligent based evaluation index system for innovative performance of manufacturing companies,and to evaluate the innovative performance levels of intelligent manufacturing companies from2016 to 2020 for five consecutive years based on the entropy value method TOPSIS combined evaluation method.Finally,the innovation performance level of intelligent manufacturing enterprises is evaluated,and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises are put forward.20 listed companies in the list of "intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration enterprises and projects" from2015 to 2018 issued by the Ministry of industry and information technology of the People’s Republic of China,as sample enterprises for intelligent manufacturing innovation performance evaluation,evaluate the innovation performance of intelligent manufacturing enterprises based on entropy method TOPSIS combination evaluation method.According to the influence mechanism of intelligent manufacturing enterprises on innovation performance and the evaluation results of innovation performance of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation performance of China’s manufacturing enterprises from three aspects: technological innovation,organizational innovation and model innovation.Finally,suggestions for countermeasures to enhance the innovative performance of manufacturing firms are proposed.On the basis of the mechanism of the impact of the intelligence of manufacturing firms on innovation performance and the results of the evaluation of innovation performance of intelligent manufacturing firms,we propose countermeasures to improve the innovation performance of Chinese manufacturing firms at three levels,including the transformation of intelligence,innovation,and the outside environment,respectively. |
