| Strategic emerging industry is well considered as a union that combined advanced technology and emerging industry.It has an important driving force of social technology,and the leading role of technological innovation is becoming increasingly prominent for country and regional economy.Since the 13th five-year plan,strategic emerging industry plays a promoting role in status and function of national economy,and Guangxi also focus on accelerating speed in relevant field.However,the improvement of innovation ability is the driving force behind the breakthrough,survival and sustainable development of strategic emerging industries.At present,there are some outstanding problem in Guangxi 's strategic emerging industries in terms of innovation,such as innovation investment blindly,lack of planning,repetitive construction seriously;industrial innovation capacity is low,lack of market orientation,lack of knowledge invention patent and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a strategic emerging industry innovation system in line with the actual situation of Guangxi from the perspective of the system.Based on it,cultivating the capability of independent innovation and innovative diffusion,as well as playing the role of strategic emerging industries to promote regional economic growth.Based on the theory of complex system and the research background of strategic emerging industries,this paper analyzes the constituent elements and operating mechanism of Guangxi's strategic emerging industry innovation system.Then,builds its dynamics model,intuitively depicting the logical link between the various elements of the complex system,and revealing the operational mechanism of the strategic emerging industry innovation system in Guangxi.Next,the entropy change model and synergy model of dissipative structure theory and synergetics are used to analyze the entropy change and synergy of the innovation system.Based on these models,to measure the innovation efficiency and the order degree of system and its subsystems.We come to a conclusion:First,from the feedback loop,the strategic emerging enterprises is the core of innovation,but the realization of innovation can not only rely on the enterprise "go it alone",with the cooperation of the main innovation subject and open innovation for strategic emerging industries,can make the innovation system more dynamic and efficient.At the same time,the strength of talent policy and financial policy and the increase of government investment in science and technology can effectively promote the innovation efficiency of strategic emerging industries in future.Second,the strategic innovation system of Guangxi's strategic emerging industries will help to improve the innovation performance of the strategic emerging industries in Guangxi.However,it is necessary to coordinate the various subsystems and coordinate the various subjects,only through the mutual coordination,joint action and collective activities,can bring the benefit and efficiency of collaborative innovation for the strategic emerging industry.Third,the degree of coordinated development of the strategic emerging industry innovation system in Guangxi is not high,and it is still in the weak coordination.The coordinated development of the innovation system of the strategic emerging industries in Guangxi has "bucket effect",innovation application subsystem,innovation promotion system and service support subsystem are the "short board" of the innovation system.The combination of complex system and industrial innovation system enriches the theory of industrial innovation system and the research on the innovation path of strategic emerging industries,so as to provide the theoretical support and the new mechanism about promoting the innovation ability of Guangxi's strategic emerging industries. |
