Research On The Way To Enhance The Competitiveness Of Manufacturing Industry In Northeast China

Manufacturing is the foundation for building a country and building a strong country.It is a leading force driving economic growth and fundamentally determines a country’s overall strength and international competitiveness.The rise and fall of world powers and the struggle of the Chinese nation have proved time and again that it is impossible to become an economic power without a strong manufacturing industry.China attaches great importance to the development of manufacturing industry and regards promoting high-quality development of manufacturing industry as an important part of building a modern economic system.Since the eighteenth congress,the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core from the realization of “Two Goals of One Hundred Years”strategic goals,around the development of manufacturing high quality made a series of important deployment,promote manufacturing scale in a steady growth in our country,the core competitiveness enhanced continuously,continuously consolidate the world’s first manufacturing power status.Northeast China is an important industrial base in China,with a relatively complete industrial system,a solid foundation of equipment manufacturing industry and strong advantages in resources,location,scientific research and other aspects.At present,Northeast China is at a crucial stage of “climbing mountains with Rolling Stones and surmounting obstacles”.Some long-standing problems and problems hinder the pace of high-quality development.In terms of manufacturing industry,northeast China still faces some difficulties and problems in terms of market share,innovation ability,advanced manufacturing industry and market players in terms of the requirements for high quality development,and the gap between northeast China and advanced regions is gradually widening.Promoting the development of manufacturing high quality is to achieve prosperity,comprehensive revitalization of the northeast of the most important,based on the manufacturing competitiveness in northeast China as the research object,through the establishment of manufacturing competitiveness evaluation system,to quantify the regional manufacturing industry competitiveness index,using empirical analysis methods to analyze the present situation of the manufacturing industry competitiveness in northeast China,The main problems and restricting factors are sorted out,the deep-rooted reasons affecting the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in northeast China are explored,and the policy suggestions are put forward to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in northeast China,in order to enrich the theory of high-quality development of manufacturing industry and regional coordinated development,and promote the revitalization of northeast China in an all-round way.This paper is divided into seven chapters as follows:Chapter 1 is the introduction.First of all,raise a question,explain the research purpose and the theoretical and practical significance of the research,and then introduce the research method.Then,the basic structure and main content of the paper are introduced.Finally,the main innovations and shortcomings of this paper are explained.Chapter 2 is the literature review.From the three aspects of regional competitiveness,industrial competitiveness and manufacturing competitiveness,this paper summarizes and studies relevant literatures at home and abroad,and comments on the existing research results,and puts forward the potential innovation direction.Chapter 3 is the related theory of manufacturing competitiveness.First of all,on the basis of fully understanding the connotation and main characteristics of manufacturing competitiveness,six dimensions such as scale,market,operation,cost,technology and ecology are selected to evaluate manufacturing competitiveness,and an index evaluation system is constructed to evaluate China’s manufacturing competitiveness.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical basis of regional manufacturing competitiveness,including Regional Competitiveness Theory,Marxist Reproduction Development Theory,and High Quality Development Theory of manufacturing industry.Finally,this paper expounds the necessity of improving the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in northeast China from three dimensions of promoting high-quality economic development,promoting all-round revitalization of northeast China and enhancing its strategic position.Chapter 4 is the analysis of manufacturing competitiveness in northeast China.First of all,the development history of manufacturing industry in Northeast China is systematically sorted out,and the industrial origin of northeast China is traced.The development of manufacturing industry in Northeast China is divided into four stages based on the time nodes of the founding of New China,the implementation of reform and opening up,the implementation of the revitalization strategy of the old industrial bases in Northeast China and the entry into the new normal of the economy.Secondly,the main characteristics of manufacturing industry in northeast China are analyzed from four angles: complete manufacturing system,heavy and chemical industry as the leading,high regional concentration and great potential of human resources development.Finally,from the market share,innovation ability,the development of advanced manufacturing industry,the main strength of manufacturing enterprises and other aspects of the analysis of the northeast manufacturing industry at present the main problems and causes.Chapter 5 is the measurement and evaluation of manufacturing competitiveness.The original data of manufacturing development in various regions of China from 2010 to2019 are collected as research samples,and the comprehensive index of manufacturing competitiveness of all provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)of China is calculated by using entropy method,and the manufacturing competitiveness of northeast China and developed provinces and northeast China and other regions is compared and analyzed.Positioning the true level of manufacturing competitiveness in northeast China in the whole country,quantitative analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of each dimension,to explore the feasible path to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing in northeast China to provide a reliable basis.Chapter 6 analyzes the influencing factors of manufacturing competitiveness in northeast China.From the theoretical level analysis to find the main factors affecting the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in northeast China,through model setting and data processing to establish static panel model,dynamic panel model,and then empirical analysis method to measure the impact of each factor on the competitiveness of manufacturing industry.Chapter 7 is the research conclusion and policy suggestion.This paper systematically summarizes the research process of the whole paper,and puts forward the improvement path of manufacturing competitiveness suitable for northeast China from the aspects of government guidance,innovative development,financial and tax support,talent team construction,cluster development,so as to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in northeast China.
