| Public goods are the basis and premise of regional economic and social development.The supply of rural public goods is related to the development of rural industry and the critical factor affecting the success or failure of the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.However,China’s practice shows that there are some problems in the supply of rural public goods relying on the single power of the government,such as insufficient quantity,structural imbalance,and low efficiency.Under the existing conditions,there are many difficulties in entirely relying on the government to solve the supply of rural public goods,and other forces need to play a role.Surprisingly,with the increasing popularity of farmer entrepreneurship in recent years,many entrepreneurs have actively participated in the supply of village public goods,which has become a positive force in rural governance.In the case of insufficient government supply,market’s urban preference,and low supply participation of ordinary farmers,this phenomenon provides necessary enlightenment for exploring the diversified supply mechanism of rural public goods and encouraging social talents to participate in the cause of the Rural Revitalization.This paper comprehensively uses the methods of content analysis,logical deduction,mathematical demonstration,and case demonstration to study the practical performance,key links,functional relationship,and theoretical boundary of farmers’ entrepreneurs’ supply of village public goods.The specific work is as follows:(1)carry out a practical investigation on Farmers’ entrepreneurs’ supply of village public goods,Clarify its actual existence and essential characteristics;(2)This paper studies the supply motivation,supply willingness,and the realization mechanism of supply behavior of farmers’ entrepreneurs’ village public goods,and explains the critical findings in the practical investigation;(3)This paper analyzes the purpose and means elements of farmers’ entrepreneurs’ behavior of supplying village public goods,and reveals the deep meaning of farmers’ entrepreneurs’ behavior of supplying village public goods;(4)this paper introduces the method of descriptive case study to interpret the behavior logic of farmers’ entrepreneurs supplying village public goods in the actual situation.Through the research,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The behavior of farmers’ entrepreneurs supplying village public goods has absolute universality,choice preference,and realization difference.The phenomenon of farmers’ entrepreneurs providing village public goods is common.The villageprovided public goods show the characteristics of their entrepreneurial activities,entrepreneurs’ family activities,and the development of their hometown villages.Different farmers’ entrepreneurs have differences in whether they can successfully transform their ideas into actual actions and the actual output of supply behavior.(2)The behavior of farmers’ entrepreneurs supplying village public goods motivates "emotion entrepreneurship reputation." The behavior of farmers’ entrepreneurs providing village public goods may be to express local feelings or seek entrepreneurial development and enhance social reputation.It has multiple supply motives of "emotion entrepreneurship reputation."(3)The formation of farmers’ entrepreneurs’ willingness to supply village public goods results from the comprehensive action of situational factors and psychological factors of supply motivation composed of entrepreneurs’ family economic status,social relations,and the characteristics of village public goods.Specifically,the family financial situation,social relations,and the factors of village public goods affect their willingness to supply them through the supply motivation of farmers’ entrepreneurs.The poor order pattern of social relations and egoistic action logic urge farmers’ entrepreneurs to arrange the supply of village public goods in a "self and others" relationship,showing the priority order of supply selection.At the same time,due to the different emphasis of different farmers’ entrepreneurs on emotional factors and interest factors in actual social communication,the priority of farmers’ entrepreneurs’ village public goods supply further presents individual differences.(4)The realization of farmers’ entrepreneurs’ behavior of supplying village public goods has multi-link timing and multi-mode existence.Village social support and government institutional support play a positive regulatory role in the relationship between village public goods supply willingness and actual supply behavior.First of all,the realization of farmers’ entrepreneurs’ behavior of supplying village public goods may experience not only the three-link model of "supply motivation-supply will-supply behavior" but also the two-link model of "supply motivation-supply behavior." Secondly,the supply intention of farmers’ entrepreneurs is an essential origin of their village public goods supply behavior.However,there is still a distance between the supply intention and the actual supply behavior.Village social support and government system support are necessary conditions to promote the relationship between them.(5)The behavior of farmers’ entrepreneurs supplying village public goods reflects the unity of "purpose" and "means" in the process of realizing self-worth and has a typical dual nature of "serving oneself and others." The behavior of farmers’ entrepreneurs to supply village public goods includes the relationship between "purpose" and "means." The supply of village public goods is the purpose and need of farmers’ entrepreneurs to realize their self-worth and the means and way.It can promote social welfare and achieve themselves in the process of altruism.Based on the above research conclusions,to better guide and give full play to the positive role of the supply subject of farmers’ entrepreneurs,this paper believes that the government can start from the following aspects:(1)Give farmers’ entrepreneurs a sense of self-worth to supply village public goods;(2)Encourage and support all kinds of talents to return home and develop the rural entrepreneurial economy;(3)Form the cooperative effect between farmers’ entrepreneurs and the government in the supply of village public goods;(4)Build rural social capital and improve the supply efficiency of rural public goods for farmers’ entrepreneurs. |
