Recently, the university physics teaching has remarkably changed under the fast development of computer technology. The new idea of modern digitization of physics teaching from the computer assisted instruction applies comprehensively the modern digitized technology to the physics teaching help the students to improve the understanding of physics and the ability of dealing with practical problems.This paper explores the application of the modern digitized technology to the teaching of the Electromagnetism. By the numerical calculation and digital simulation, the electromagnetic field of an uniformly charged ring, the non-linear vibration of charged particle in an uniformly charged ring and the uniform area of Helmholtz' coils are discussed. Some traditional subjects not touched before for the mathematics difficulties are discussed to provide source materials for the construction of the digitized physics teaching resource library and modern digitized physics teaching.
