This paper introduces the preparation of AICl3/Al2O3 immobilized catalyst for lubricant base oil and the preparation conditions of the 1-decene oligomer. Use theγ-Al2O3 as the carrier to prepared the immobilization AICl3 catalys by liquid-solid reaction, then used the catalytic for 1-decene oligomerization and successfully synthesized 1-decene oligomer product. Effect of the preparation conditions of the catalyst such as the pretreat style of the immobilized Al2O3, the loading time on the catalyst performance and the 1-decene oligomer properties were studied. Used the immobilized catalyst to catalytic the 1-decene, mixed-decene oligomerization and synthesise the decene oligomer. Effect of reaction conditions of 1-decene oligomerization including reaction temperature, reaction time, reaction pressure, initiator type, the ratio of the mixed-decene and 1-decene and other properties on the process of oligomers and the performance of the product, and be synthesized the high properties of theα-olefin lubricant base oil.The results indicate that:The performance of the catalyst was significantly affect after the carrier were processed. The optimum pretreatment conditions of theγ-Al2O3 was preimmersed with 1mol/L C2 for 6h, then washed by deionized water for 3 times and dried at 100℃in vacuum for 3h, at last calcinated at 600℃for 6h. Experiments determined the appropriate conditions of the 1-decene oligomerization were that:temperature 70℃, reaction time 7h, the amount of catalyst for the 8g, the reaction pressure 1.OMPa. Under the optimum condition, the conversion of the 1-decene was 76%, the kinematic viscosity of the oligomerization at 40℃was 105.6mm2/s, the kinematic viscosity at 100℃was 15.72mm2/s, Viscosity index was 159.
