Analysis And Evaluation Of The Coordinated Development Of Environment-economy System

Since man entered the industrialization society, environmental protection and economy development have become conflicted. High-speed economy development results in a series environmental problems. These problems not only make our living standard fall down but also weaken the existing capability of offspring. The coordinated development theory of environment and economy is the sum-up of the meditation of human being activities.This thesis first starts from arguing the existing environmental problems in China and the world, then it states that coordinated development is the essential mean to solve the problems between environment and economy. It discusses the theories relevant to environment and economy such as external theory, resource scarcity theory, ecology economics, human-land relationship theory, sustainable development theory and the theories and models relevant to coordinated development. Then from the sides of structure, characteristic and type, it analyses the Environment-Economy system and tries to analyses the coordinated development process of Environment-Economy system with the knowledge of entropy. It analyses the controlling foundation of the coordination of Environment-Economy system and the realizing approaches of it. Then this thesis discusses the methods of evaluation of the coordinated development of Environment-Economy system and establishes the evaluation model of coordinated development of Environment-Economy system. On the basis of models coordinated degree, coordinated development level, the total coordinated development level trend index model is established. From these three sides the situation of Environment-Economy system is evaluated. Then using the Grey Relation Analysis method it analyses the influencing factors between environment and economy. At last this thesis provides a positive research based on Hebei province and according to the evaluation and analysis results policy study is carried on of the development of Environment-Economy system of Hebei province.
