The Research On Coordination Of Energy-Economy-Environment (3E)System In Anhui Province

3E system, which symbols energy-economy-environment system, appeared in the1990s when developed countries summarized from the past several seriousenvironmental crisis and energy crisis which affected the national development andbrought enormous economic losses. Based on the acknowledgment of therelationships among economic activity, energy consumption and environmentpollution, people start to construct a system which includes economy, energy andenvironment. Therefore we can form a much more comprehensive and long-termview to understand how economy, energy and environment may affect each other andwhat the result it would be, and furthermore, what we can do to control the system sothat it may fulfil the coordinated development goal.This paper mainly concentrates on Anhui province,which is significant in thefields of development period, industrial structure and energy endowment, thereforethe conclusion actually does benefits to other central and western regions. Theresearch approach obeys the sequence as follows:firstly we conduct a systematicanalysis on3E system,which leads us to understand how the complicated coordinationmechanism comes into effect,then through constructing a scientific evaluation indexsystem fuzzing mathematics theory,we start to measure and evaluate the coordinateddegree of Anhui province,finally based on the results we have achieved, we try toseek the appropriate ways to assure the coordinated development of3E system ofAnhui province.The empirical analysis shows that from2000to2011, the generalcoordinated degree is not ideal,even in2011,in which year the index has increased tothe highest level; other analysis about the methods of assuring the harmoniousdevelopment of3E system shows that urbanization,urban energy investment,education, modern transportation system,furthermore,the law and the regulations allcould be resorted to improve the coordinated degree of3E system in Anhui province.
