The report of the 19th National Congress of the Party states that in the process of economic construction, our country must unswervingly implement the new development concept. We must correct the concept of development, change the development model, and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of development.General Secretary Xi also emphasized at the collective learning meeting of the Politburo of the Central Committee that"we must vigorously economize on the intensive use of resources, promote fundamental changes in the use of resources, strengthen the conservation management of the entire process, and significantly reduce the intensity of energy, water, and land consumption. We need to firmly control total energy consumption, increase energy conservation and reduce consumption, support the development of energy-saving and low-carbon industries, new and renewable energy sources, and ensure national energy security.People's need for a better life has become more widespread, not just focusing on their own income issues, but also focusing on economic income growth and more on the environmental conditions in which they live.As an old industrial base in the Northeast,Jilin province is both an industrial and an agricultural province. In recent years,it has been affected by multiple factors, and its economic development is now seriously lagging behind that of other coastal provinces. As a socialist country, the essence of socialism is to achieve common prosperity. Therefore,at present,Jilin Province must not only develop, but also know how to develop faster, better and higher in quality. If we do not slow the country down, energy will inevitably be consumed if we want to develop the economy, and energy will provide the material basis for economic development. As Jilin Province faces the urgent need for economic growth, only the relationship between energy, economy and environment in the process of rational and coordinated development can develop well. However,in recent years, the contradiction between energy development and utilization, economic growth, and ecological environment has become increasingly prominent in the development process of Jilin Province,so it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the relationship between energy, economic and environmental systems in Jilin Province. To provide strategies or suggestions for the coordinated development of energy, economic and environmental systems in Jilin province.First of all,the thesis summarizes the background and significance of the research, introduces the current research situation at home and abroad, determines the key researchcontent and research methods, and establishes the technical route and innovation points. The theory of the relationship between energy, economy, and environment is introduced one by one, including ecological economics theory, sustainable development theory,energy-economy-environment(3E)system theory, and analysis of the current situation of energy, economy, and environment development in Jilin Province. In the research process, this paper mainly uses the 3E system theory to model the indicator system of the three subsystems of energy, economy, and environment.Through the use of modern econometric models, the main component analysis method and entropy value method are mainly used to conduct empirical research and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis. In the past ten years, the author has studied the coordination relationship between the three subsystems of energy, economy and environment in Jilin province, provided countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of each other, and reached the conclusion of this article on the basis of comprehensive analysis.
