This research adopt one of the high and new techniques of food industry -the SCF- CO2extraction technology, taking grape seed as the main raw materials, and make use of CO2 as the fluid to extract grape seed oil. It makes a deeply and meticulously study on the influence of grape seed pretreatment condition and term and the extraction condition and parameter on the extraction ratio of grape seed oil. The best pretreatment condition and term is confirmed, the best techniques parameter of extraction is optimized and screened out. The oil achieves the standard of refined grape seed oil. At the same time, the distillation and refinery of the grape seed oil by solvent method is studied, the best refinery technology and condition had been fined out. Finally the physics and chemistry, sanitation index, the fatty acids component, the content of trace minerals and the content of a - VE of the SCF- CO2extracted oil and the refined oil had been examined and analyzed, by contrast ,the superiority of SCF -CO2 extraction technology had been completely explained. The main experiment results as follows:1 The inside fat of grape seed content attain 12.8%, the protein content is 9.54%, the ash content is 3.12%, the (CH20) content is 36.84%, the crude fiber content is 33.45%. Among them, the fat content is equal to the soybean's fat content; it indicates that grape seed is a valuable oil plants resource.2 The pretreatment term and conditions of grape seed is a important factor that influence SCF- CO2extraction technology. Under the single factor experiment, the best pretreatment term and conditions is confirmed, as follows: the smash degree 40 mu, water content 4.52%, wet braise condition: 121 , 20-30 minutes, layer thickness 2~3 cm.3 Extraction temperature, pressure, time, loaded quantum and CO2flux are the main factors that influence the SCF extraction technology. Under the single factor experiment, the best parameters and scopes are ensured. As follows: extraction pressure 25-28 Mpa, 35, time 80-100 min, loaded quantum 90-95%, CO2 flow to contain ratio 8-9. Separate condition: NO 1 separator pressure 10 Mpa, temperature 45; NO 2-separator pressure 5 Mpa, temperature 55.4 The optimum parameters screened out through single factor experiment is regarded as 0 level, then by using quadratic cross rotary design method, the regression equations is established in which X is equivalent to coded values, Y is equivalent to theindex of extraction ratio. According to the results and statistics analyses, through further optimization and test, the optimum parameters are found out, the coded value is -0.214, 0.545,-1.220.5 The sense and physical and chemistry index of solvent extracted oil cannot gain edible grape seed oil standard, it must be refined. Through experiment, the best refine conditions are found out. As follows: the beginning temperature of 45 癈, lye concentration of 18.5%, exceed alkali quantity 0.40%, 4% boiling water( occupy the gross oil weight), the two hydration time respectively 1.0 h, 0.5 h. with 3~ 4 % sodium sulfate without water, vacuum tightness of 0.1 Mpa, dryness time 1 h, the oil can be dried. In the decolorizing process, the decolorize chalk was added two times too, with first 4%, second 3%, the temperature first 90, second 85, time first 30min, second 15 min. At the temperature of 180, with the vacuum tightness of 0.08 Mpa, in 2 hours, the oil can be deodoured.6 Through examination and analysis detection of physical and chemistry and sanitation index, it can be concluded that the grape seed oil standard extracted by SCF-CO2can gain or exceed the standard of refined grape seed oil. It shows that oil can be deacided, decolorized; deodoured in the process of extraction, and its nutrition components are maximum reserved.
