| The Panjin is the one of the exoteric seaside city,nature resources are very plentiful,besides underground has the large quantity resource of petroleum,natural gas and the well salt . furthermore,the agriculture resources is also abundant,and how to reasonably develop and make use of every kind of resource,and insure the district economy,society and environment to moderate development is a problem that need to resolve.The Panjin City is for the example in this thesis,through the gauge analysis to Panjin city and the counterplan study,analyzed facing problems in sustainable development of the resources type city,bring up the ability valuation method for the sustainable development of resources type city,and completely analyzed each aspect of the sustainable development of resources type city( Panjin City as example) .Finally,bring up the constructive opinion to macroscopic policy work that nation used to resources type city.
