Non-noble metal Ni-HM catalyst for pentane isomerization inreased activity with Mo,Cu,W,Zr,assiting component .To prepare Ni-Mo-HM,Ni-Cu/HM,Ni-W-Zr-HM catalyst. Select n-pentane as raw material.The effect of catalysts for the hydroisomerization of n-pentane have been investigated in the 10 millimetre continuous fixed-bed pressuried microreator-chromatography unit.It has been concluded that the non-noble metal Ni-HM catalyst activity and selectivity increases with Mo,Cu,W,Zr and others assisting components.The function of the selected prepared Ni-Cu catalyst for pentane isomerization is the better in the couse of the reaction. Which is used under the reaction conditions of 2.0 Mpa, H2/Hydrocarbon molar ration 3.0,WHSV=1.0h-1, 280℃,n-petane conversion rate is 69.36%, isopentane yield is 65.17%, isopentane selectiveity is 93.97%, liquid product yield is 96.5 %. It is close to the level of noble metal catalyst abroad.
