Based on its predictability dynamic simulation has been submitted to study and develop the swirling flow--finishing. The abrasive's movement characteristic has been analyzed fully and systemically by using the hydrodynamics theory and rational mechanics theory, it's track equation, velocity equation and acceleration equation have been established, the influencing factors have been defined. Based on these, the dynamic simulation system of swirling finishing has been developed with OpenGL, the following questions have been solved emphatically:l)modeling of the workpiece, abrasive and burr; 2)assemble operation about burr set into the workpiece; Stimulation display of the abrasive's track; 4)implement of the gradually deburring from the inner surface of workpiece; 5) simulation of the cross hole deburring; 6)simulation of the protrusion deburring. The simulation results have been verifying by experiment.
