The demarcation, management, design and realization methods of them are deeply researched. The division of the system function structure, the software development and application environment, the distribute strategy of database and the software construction are also discussed.This system can feedback all kinds of status in time, such as scientific research, produce, manage etc. And then the system integrate and deal with those information rapidly by objective laws, so that the manager of the enterprise make decision accurately.The system has many merits, such as novel design, various function, friendly interface, convenient operation It makes the management of scientific researchand produce more scientific and efficient.
