Plant growth regulator is one of the important parts of the pesticides,which is used to act on the crops themseleves directly and controls their growth on people's wills.We have modified the structure of the thiourea by the principle of superposition of active gene and synthesized stustitued acylthioureas in search of some new compounds with good plant growth regulator activities.By consulting concerned literatures ,we reviewed comprehensively the biological activity of acylthioureas , thiadizoles, benzothiazoles and pydines .Target compounds were synthesized by condensation of the heterocyclic amine with isocyanates in absolutely anhydrous and aprotic solvent. Physic - chemical constant ,spectrum properties and synthesis conditions of the target compounds were reported firstly.The acylthioureas have extensive biological activities,they have been used in secticide, herbicide, fungicide, plant growth regulator and so on.In resent years heterocyclic compounds show more important use in the development of the pesticides .On the other hand,the heterocyclic compounds with nitron are the most important.Thus ,we designed the compounds of double thiourea by inducing heterocyclic compounds.Series I: Polymethylene-bis-acyl-bis-heterocyclic imino thiourea derivativesSeries II: bis-heterocyclic imino(aromatic imino) -1,4(1,3) phenylenedioxyethyl (diformyl) -dithiourea derivativesWe have synthesized the two series compounds by solvent CH3CN refluxing The method of phase transfer catalysis has many advantages such as mild reacting conditions,convenient operation,high yield and so on compared with the classical method of the synthesis of acylthioureas. We have synthesized the thirdserie compounds using PEG-600 as phase transfer catalysis. Series III:bisacylthiourea derivatives including pydineThe structures of these three series of compounds have been confirmed by IR, 1HNMR, MS and elementary analysis.The datum of these spectra have been analysed.In addition,the activities of these compounds as plant growth regulators have been tested by the methods of wheat sprout and sheath,cucumber cotyledan .The result shows the compounds II7,II8,II12,II13,II14,II15,1116,1112,1114 and III6 have good plant growth regulatating activities. In all the compounds of being selected IIj, lie, Ilg, IIio, HB and Hie show good activities in the growth of root and stem on rice...
