Research On Implementing Scheme Of CIMS For Process Industry

Our university and Fuxin rubber company has been in one team researching into the implementing technology of CIMS for process industry since Jan.2001. The national expert panel had confirmed the first stage of the project. Since the theory about process industry was not mature at that time, the first stage of the project had some imperfectness. This project is one of Liaoning province fund projects. Its purpose is to make the implementing scheme for CIMS, which accords with the characteristic of process industry, based on the first stage of the project. The main work of this thesis is as follows:Use the three-layer structure of BPS/MES/PCS to design the configuration of CIMS for process industry, use IDEF method to model CIMS for process industry, make the whole model and models in different layers which not only accord with the characteristics of process industry but also accord with the characteristics of rubber tube and conveyer belt industry, leave space for the upper development of CIMS for rubber tube and conveyer belt industry.In the technics management part of MES, use fuzzy mathematics to design compound formulation, resolve the multi-target optimization problem in compound formulation.
