Mostly including the practical appliance method of database technology, data transferring technology's theory and the method of how to accomplish accurately transferring related data between operator and computer,applications and supporting software and transferring data among the applications when developing the system, integrated method of the CAD and CAPP inside CAD/CAPP integrated system about the extrusion mould and the method among integrated system,system software and supporting software. Accomplished integrating and efficient management of all the information related to the manufacturing and designing extrusion mould. The systems is able to accomplish the individuation process card by means of transferring the standard process card's template and complete the vacancy with exact parameters according to the requirement of the new designed extrusion mould. At the same time, studied how to accomplish the more perfect system of CAPP and realized more effective computer aided application integrated system and finally put forward a integrated scheme based on the PDM technology.The system adopted the drawing software named CAXA electric board V2 as its supporting platform and used present popularly used Visual C++ as its development language. It complied with the modularized thought when worked out and put in practice of the whole system, and which helped the finished system had a clear framework and made the system easily understood, simply operated and maintained.
