Along with widely prevalence of digital control technology, numerically-controlled machine tool has one type of tool of high working accuracy and automaticity, have some features such as highrate,highgrade,flexibility and so on, meet the case of future machining. But when fault happens in it, generic technical personnel can't analyse and judge the reason of fault well and truly, it needs expert of manufacturer working on the spot, then produce will be affected. So it is necessary to set up remote diagnoses system of fault of numerically-controlled machine tool. Along with rapidly development computer science,network technology and fault diagnosis technology, all base technology which needed by remote fault diagnosis and servers system becomes perfectly, practice of whole system is mature.The article aims at remote fault diagnosis and servers of NC machine of machine tool company, particularly analyse and research from frame structure of system network to design of system scenario, servers of administration information of fault, subsystem of remote diagnosis of fault character and so on. Then made an offer of hardware form and software implementation of system. In the article, firstly research deeply on the theory of overall architecture of system of remote diagnosis and servers of machine tool, mostly discusses network building and ability of data transfer carefully. On the base, designed hardware topology and software module of system of remote diagnosis and servers. And aims at accomplishing function of information management module of fault diagnosis on system, designed carefully. Then emphasized that expert system of fault diagnosis on system, gets basal principle and common analytical procedure of analyse of characteristic signal, talks about structure of expert system and implementation approach of every vital area on system such as knowledge representation, inference engine and KA, and gets concrete way in the system. Finally it gets applications of fuzzy theory on expert system of remote diagnosis of NC machine, explained by case of computer. From the aspect of software implementation of whole system, it makes use of way of systems engineering and principle of software design, carefully carve up module of function. In the process of program design, it has pay attention to control level, good prolongation and friendly interface.The article which is based on theoretical investigation and practical experience of craft brother, besides explores and research in theories, has definite innovate and prolongation.
