Research And Design Of The Control System Of The Tyre Gluing Machine

With the rapid development of the automobile tyre industry, the modern spray adhesive control system of the automobile tyre gradually attracts much attention gradually, the application of the rubber injection machine of the tyre has gained bright prospect. In the production of automobile tyre, the efficiency of the control system tyre of the rubber injection machine determines the efficiency of the spray adhesive production, so the design of a low cost, high efficient tyre spray glue machine control system with safety and reliability is of significance for the whole tyre rubber injection machine. In this paper, after the study of the tyre gluing process on the basis of the tyre industry, we design the tyre rubber injection machine control system consisting of a PLC, frequency converter, servo motor, stepping motor, three-phase asynchronous motor, and a touch screen. The fuzzy control algorithm of optimization has been employed in the design of the control system.We introduce the car tyre, tyre rubber injection machine, and its present situation and development trend of control system in detail. Take the actual instance into account,with the rubber injection machine as the research object, we design a kind of coating internal riot glue automatic control system for the automobile tire based on PLC. At first,the production process of tyre rubber injection machine control system is analyzed, then,we determine the overall design according to the requirements of the process control and performance indicators. Secondly, with the features of each subsystems, we present the design principle and the main functions for the subsystems. Thirdly, the hardware of system is constructed correspondingly. The software control has employ the two-dimensional PID fuzzy controller to control the system spray adhesive thickness to ensure its superior performance. Finally, according to the functions realized by the tire rubber injection machine, we write the program of PLC and design the operation interface of the tire rubber injection machine touch screen. The actual running results show that the tire automatic operation of the spray glue machine can greatly reduce the dependence on the traditional labor. Specially, the system has the properties of strong practicability and low cost.
