Paint products for the national economy to provide a variety of industries supporting the protection and decoration of the surface functional materials.In the country put forward "China made 2025" in the context of the requirements of the modern paint manufacturing industry should also have the flexibility,agility and intelligence.In the market economy driven by the demand for paint manufacturers have a variety of hierarchical,functional diversification,batch enrichment,the production process of flexible,so improve the paint industry's industrial production line automation level is very important.In this paper,the production process of acrylic paint preparation project was analyzed,and the main elements of the system and the required control system were studied.On the basis of analyzing the purpose of the whole project to determine the paint preparation control system needs to complete the following aspects: the overall design of paint design,automation control system equipment design,control system software design,man-machine configuration design,based on fuzzy control system Optimize design and commissioning.On this basis,improve the control analysis algorithm to improve the quality of the composition of the paint ingredients ratio of precision,improve product quality.The paint batching system adopts the diaphragm pump and the variable frequency air compressor to convey the fluid raw material in the equipment design.The quality of the monochromatic paint is measured directly by the mass flow meter.The electric control valve is opened by the electric regulating valve and the PLC and the fuzzy control algorithm.Degree,to control the quality of raw materials ratio,to optimize the process of ingredients for the purpose.The control structure of the system is the form of touch screen + PLC.The human-computer interaction monitoring system uses the Wei-lun touch screen,the control core is Siemens S7-200 SMART series PLC,and uses STEP7 SMART programming software to carry on the preparation design of the ingredient control procedure,completes the compilation of the whole control logic flow.After the design and research,the system of industrial custom coatings in the relative production of acrylic paint as a typical representative of the development ofthe corresponding coating formula design,production process diversification manufacturing system to solve the paint production process of low raw material ratio Of the problem,improve the overall production efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises,the domestic paint industry to the direction of intelligent manufacturing development of great significance.
