The PLC core of data collection and control of system with economical benefitThe CPU226 of S7-200 PLC (SIMENS) is selected as the computer on the spot. It is very high ecomical benefit which relatives to buy flux computer. Eight analog quantity modules EM235 are used as eight routes data collection and flux control. One memorizer card (100kb) is used as data conservation for one week, even more time with bigger capacity memorizer card, when epigyny computer is out of work and maintained.4. Realization of center-monitor by PC and PLC net works.The communication processor CP5611 (SIMENS) is used as the data link between PC and PLC in PC application, which is based on the software package Visual Basic and SQL server and developed for nature gas flux counting and control condition in workshops.5. Integrated into enterprise information network.The center-control computer functions as web server. A set of pages is programmed for the realization of sharing information in enterprise and for longdistance monitoring of every pipeline function countion.
