Study And Application Of Rapid Assembly Modeling Based On Assembly Feature

Assembly technology is one of the important content of research and application of CAD.Of the research on digital assembly technology,how to support expression and transmission of design imformation,and meet the demand of follow-up application systom;in addition,how to promote design and operation level of assembly ,and make it possible to designing and operating fast,ocularly,accurately.all these have important theory meaning and project using value.In this paper, characteristic of digital pre-assembly technology and it's development be illustrated briefly in first place.Then, based on the analysis of the disadvantage of traditional assembly technology, a new approach which is assembly feature based for assembly modeling has been put forward.In this new approach,there are some key techniques such as expression of assembly feature, extraction and sort method of feature constraint semnatic, expression method based on feature constraint semantics of assembly model, constraint transform etc has been solved ,and realized the prototype system for assembly modeling,which based on assembly feature.The prototype system are illustrated with industrial examples as gear pump.
