The IC chip encapsulation equipment which is composed of precision mechanical structure , electric control , image identify and photoelectricity detection part and so on includes the execute implement and the sensor which can apperceive and control the outside information, which fully puts up the multil-subjects frontier's high synthesis and osmosis.Currently, how to ulteriorly heightens these equipments' speed and precision, especialy enhances its performance under the condition of high-speed moving is the hotspot of the domestic and international research development. A valid path that breaks the IC packing's speed and performance is that raising the performance of the machine, so, optimizing the mechanical structure and correlative questions should be researched.This text firstly discusses the design of the swing-arm parallelism four- connect machine, and then by comparing the result of motion-simulation and real object experiment to obtain the superior solution of the four- connect machine. Namely, uses Solidwork to setup the entity mold of the swing-arm parallelism four- connect machine, and respectively use the Motion-imitate software COSMOSMotion and the finite element analysis software COSMOSWork to have a motion-imitation analysis and finite element analysis. Data of motion-simulation analysis is disposed by Origin6.0, and then uses Matlab6.1 to get the optimized function of the four- connect machine by analysizing the data which is disposed by Origin6.0. In the part of experiment, it relates the questions such as chosing the Stepper Motor , motion control card, sensor and capture card. The design and develop works includes that data capture program and current-regulating device which provide invariable current for the acceleration sensor. The way of disposing the data which is obtained by experiment is as well as the motion-imitation. After obtain the optimized function of experiment, it is compared it with the optimized function of motion-imitation in order that validate the proportion of each pole's length of the four- connect machine.
