Research And Development Of CAPP And Measure And Control System Of Heat Treatment Plant

With the rapid development of computer technology, achievements have been gained in the research and application of computer aided process planning (CAPP) as well as the automated measure and control of heat treatment procedure.The quality of process planning can be enhanced, and product seedtime can be shortened using CAPP. The temperature in heat treatment procedure is measured and controlled in a way of real time according to fuzzy control theory, and the recorded temperature is added to database, which can improve heat treatment quality, strengthen the quality backtracking. The above two aspects integration management makes great sense to improving efficiency, effectively managing information and increasing competitive capacity.The common problems existing in heat treatment process are investigated aiming at the practice of local heat treatment enterprise. From the point of view for user pragmatism, the overall plan for the temperature measure and control system is put forward in the thesis, and then each module of the system is designed detailedly. Finally, the research achievements are applied into the system development. The main work in this subject is embodied as follows:1. Realized the variant CAPP system, and based on relative literatures and ISO 9000 series standards about the particular requirements of managing and controlling producing quality files, the thesis realizes the scientific management of process files and recording files using database technology.2. The structure of host computer and slave computer is introduced to realize heat treatment measure and control function. The design and implementation of the function models in host computer and slave computer is researched, including its characteristics, message coding, checking digit and filter style.3. The host computer control software is developed using Visual C++6.0, and background database is realized using SQL Server 2000. The control algorithm of host computer is advanced with the self-learning function, high stable state accuracy and high communication speed. The system is reasonable and scientific in scheme planning, database structure design, with high operational reliability. The process planning produced in the system is more practical. This interactive user-friendly system operates easily, as well as provides several help functions.
