The culture is the main factor that affects environmental ethical education, and the culminating target of environmental ethical education is the establishment of new ecosystem culture. The rural culture has more the national characteristic, more historical sense, lower modern degree than the culture of the city. We take the mode of the integration between literature analysis and pragmatic investigation, between impersonal analysis and academic consideration, between macroscopical investigation and microcosmic analysis. From the point of view of culture, based on the junction of several fields, such as ecosystem ethnics, ecosystem philosophy, ecosystem culture, environmental pedagogy and so on, this article not only has a systemic analysis of the connection between rural ecosystem culture and environmental ethical education, but also has a further research on the problem on environmental ethical education curriculum. First, this article considers that rural realistic ecosystem culture is deficient via contradistinctive analysis of rural realistic ecosystem culture and new-style ecosystem culture. This deficient ecosystem culture includes mainly three kinds of ecosystem culture gene, such as ecosystem culture gene impacted by city economic, political culture circumstance, ecosystem culture gene impacted by traditional culture and ecosystem culture gene impacted by rural realistic circumstance. Second, this article analyzes respectively advantageous factor and disadvantageous factor to rural environmental ethical education. On the one hand, we should exploit and make use of advantageous ecosystem culture gene to rural environmental ethical education; on the other hand, we should flux and transform disadvantageous ecosystem culture gene to rural environmental ethical education. So we can set up environmental ethical education system suit to China country and realize national and territorial transformation of environmental ethic with this understanding. Finally, according as above analysis, the article has set up environmental ethical education curriculum system grounded on rural ecosystem culture feature. Its purpose is not only to provide academic original version for the implement of rural elementary school and high school environmental ethical education, but also to drive spacious rural ecosystem culture rebuilding centering on "harmoniousness of human and nature". Environmental ethical education curriculum ponders the relation between human and culture from the point of ethical view. It is a curriculum that advances across-the-board human being moral diathesis. This curriculum intercalation is more than to increase and renovation curriculum content or to perfect technical measure. It is profound transform of curriculum culture. It is the request of environmental ethical education curriculum, and ecosystem culture development that we regard really and truly curriculum as internal enginery of culture innovation and development.
