Ash-coal cement particleboard, which processed with ash-coal ,cement ,wooden or non-wooden particle and some additives, is a kind of new construction materials. Compared with other construction materials,It holds lots of merits, such as light weight ,high intensity,low pollution,proof against shock, proof against heat , proof against water and so on. So ash-coal cement particleboard can be extensively used in constuction field, it is a kind of good substitute of the cement particleboard as well,and has expansive market prospect. Nowadays, in China the study on the production technology of ash-coal cement particleboard lags behind. Compared with the study of cement particleboard, the study of the ash-coal cement particleboard hightens the grade of cement, what's more, the time of heat curing is longer(12 hours), the energy consumption is more, therefore production cost adds. The experiment, which processed with mathematical model of "Quadratical Orthogonal Rotatoional Combination Design",was to chose adequate proportion which ash-coal substitute for cement and the appropriate kinds,amount of additives and the time of heat curing by improving production technology of ash-coal cement particleboard but did not highten the grade of cement. to the effect that we can furthest make use of ash-coal and shorten production cycle with assuring it's physical and mechanical properties. The results of experiments showed: in the numeral range of experiment designed,the effect of percentage which ash-coal substitute for cement on board properities(MOR,MOE,IB,TS) is especially significant, the adequate percentage is 30% ; The effects of the density of board and the amount of Na2sio3 and CaCl2 on board properities are significant, the adequate density and amount are 1200kg/m3 ,3.5% and 2.6%, repectively; The effect of the ratio of water/(ash-coal+cement) on board properities is insignificant, the adequate ratio is 0.55; The effect of the ratio of (ash-coal+cement) /wood on TS is especially significant, the effect on MOR,MOE,IB is more significant, the adequate ratio is 3.03.1;The time of heat curing can be shorten 4 hours, the economical and adequate time are 8 hours.
