Along with the fast development in coal industry, the tunnel digging into becomes to make a bottleneck that invite coal mine's develop. This project is aimed at studying electric and hydraulic systems of the type of 132 roadheader.The electric and hydraulic systems proceeded the excellent turning of the design, by drawing lessons from the domestic and international advanced technique and joining together the coal mine produce .In electric system, the advanced figure products instead of traditional emulation products.The system is controlled by PLC and mold electric circuits.The communication adopts the RS485 and RS-232 card.It realizes many functions ,such as the alarm may be sent out through the sound and the light, The LCD uses in Chinese , feults may be hint into,ect. The hydraulic system is an open loop. Two gear pumps produce pressure oil,distinguishing the supply to left running motor, right running motor, loading motor, carrying motor, sprayig fog motor and oil jacks. And this paper introduces the improvement project of loading loop and raising or dropping hydraulic loop. After the improvement of roadheader, electricity and hydraulic systems are so reasonable and dependable,that the break down rate of the equipments and maintain time consumedry reduced.
