Coal natural fire is one of the central factors leading to coal mine fire, and it is the emphasis in mine fire combat and protection. As the introduction of synthetical techniques and the development of fully mechanised coal mining working faces to be overlength and high efficient, new demands are engendered. The prevention and control of coal natural fire in overlength fully mechanised coal mining working faces has upper societal and economical benefits in preventing the natural fire and insuring the workers' safety.To the No4326 overlength fully mechanised mining working faces in the coal mine of Xing-Long-Zhuang, using the thought of systems engineering, the author establishes a complete, systematic and effective system, including the prevention and prediction of coal spontaneous combustion, and the management of fire. The author analyzes the spontaneous combustion oxidation characteristic of the coal, does spectral analysis, performs numerical simulation and observation to the gob "triple-zone" and confirms its distribution rules. According to the actual conditions, choose the proper index gas. And KJ-XL beam tube observation system is developed. The natural fire nonage forecast technique system composed of infrared detection, beam tube observation and coal temperature auto-observation scope, realizes the nonage forecast to the No4326 over length fully mechanised mining working face successfully, and reduces the fireproofing scope. The author adopts the synthetical fire prevention and suppression measurements with pertinence, and carries out real time monitoring, hidden trouble disposal, fire suppression system with high speed and efficiency, and the fire prevention and suppression during mining stopping and working face retreating, which decreases the cost, and which not only ensures the safety of mine production, but increases the economical profits. The application proves that the combination of the above three techniques is feasible, effective and scientific.
