Petroleum is either the blood of modern industry or the strut of our nation in oil domain. It has been bringing numerous advantages for human civilization, but at the same time, however, it also bringing some negative influences on our daily living, and those may usually not be ignored. For example, the oily sludge(smudging mud) producing in the oil extraction is pollution matter to the circumstance.In the process of sedimentation of water-driving or polymer-driving oil production, to deal with and utilize the smudging mud at the bottom of the jar become a desiderating problem. With the sanity of decrees and statutes enhanced and protective circumstance consciousness strengthened, the oily sludge treatment has more and more been becoming an important issue, and people think more of it for overcoming the problem. Nowadays the treatment method has been an important scientific research task.On the base of analyzing component and grain diameter of oiliness mud in the water-disposal processing for oilfield produced fluid, we study out a new kind of oily sludge depth profile controlling agent that takes oily sludge as main raw and processed materials, adding into some chemicals soild-particles and just so on as assistant agent.Entirely performance evaluating experiments show that: surfactant sludge controlling agent has good thermal stability, anti-shearing, anti-pollution. Results of plugging experiments show that: when adding quantity is nearby 8%, the plugging ratio can get 94%. At same time, only when selected particles are matching with bores, oiliness mud can get the depth of oil stratum.On the base of experiments in laboratory and study of numerical simulation, we take the forerunning test of technical study of oily sludge depth injection profile adjustment in xing58 fault block, accumulative totally increase gas production by 1421t, totally devotion to outputting ration get 1:3. We take whole deep profile controlling in xing212,209 fault block and xing212-l rejection well group, and get good results. Up to 12.2003, these have accumulative totally increase oil production by 5681t, get directlyeconomic benefit to Y511.12X104 yuan. Totally devotion to outputting ration is 1:3. At same time, downrightly put away 2260m3 oiliness mud stockpiled in xingl and xing2 combined transfer station then showing out apparent economic and social benefit.The technique not only effectively resolves the environment pollution problem made by letting out of oiliness mud, but also offer a new kind of technique for integrate father in oilfield and decreasing production cost, it has far-ranging practicality applying value.
