| With the application of computer technology and high-speed development of artificial intelligence, it has become a subject need to solute badly for many enterprises that how to make machining standardize and enable it choose the craft parameters scientifically such as tool, cutting essentials, etc. In the machining of large container, cutting occupies an extremely important position. It is an important research field for the manufacturing of large container that how to make cutting economically and high-efficiently. To the machining of large container, the special cutting craft database used in the large container is set up in the paper, and the system was divided into many sub-databases with different function according to the idiographic characteristic of cutting. Integrated Visual C ++ 6.0 and SQL Server 2000, management and inquiry of system is realized, and many craft parameters message, for example, workpiece material, lathe, cutting tools and liquid carry on unified management and real-time inquiry. It is not enough for the machining of large container that only set up cutting process database. Aiming at the question that cutting craft parameters are difficult to determinate, according to the metal cutting theories and adopting the method of combining computer technology and expert's experience, expert system for optimizing the cutting process parameters for large container is established based on the Visual C ++ 6.0 and SQL Server 2000. The paper introduces the structure, knowledge acquisition & denotation, reasoning mechanism and every function module of the expert system concretely. By using the information express method which combines producing type and frame type and combining SQL server 2000, the expert system repository was founded on the theoretical base of process parameters selecting principle and cutting essentials optimizing object model. Reasoning mechanism of every functional module is realized by Visual C ++ 6.0 programming and the optimization and selection of cutter, insert, cutting liquid and essentials come true. The system adopts object oriented programming technology and related database system, offer a friendly human-computer interaction interface and make it easy to expand and consummate in actual production. |
