| Calcium plastic packaging is more and more widely used in China. Nowadays ordinary calcium plastic ink has not been able to meet the needs of calcium plastic packaging because of such problems as ink color and fastness, so it is greatly urgent that calcium plastic primary color ink (CPPCI) is successfully developed in the field.Based on the analysis about the study of CPPCI, the paper introduces its components, the process of producing ink, the character of color and printing applicability, and analyzes detailedly the factors that influence fastness and dryness of CPPCI, which provides a theoretical basis for the choice of pigment, colophony, solvent and accessorial reagent in the formulation designing. Through the analysis, the paper gives some principles, factors and requirements to been considered in the formulation designing.The paper states the formulation designing process of CPPCI in detail. In the process the paper firstly introduces the industrial standard of the Anyuan calcium plastic ink company limited (no national standard so far), and makes this standard as the root of the formulation designing. On fully analyzing the formulation designing of CPPCI and with a great many theories and experiments, the paper ascertains the category and the proportion of colophony, solvent, pigment and accessorial reagent in new ink formulation. And finally the performances of the ink formulation designing reach the industrial standard, and comparing new developed CPPCI with ordinary one, the anterior is better than the latter in the color and fastness. Therefore the paper makes this formulation as the final one, also the final conclusion of the paper. |
