Environmental Comprehensive Improvement Planning Of Shuozhou City Center

After research and analyzed the present quality of environment and social economy in Shuozhou central area,analysis of the environment problem exist, combined with the need of creat environmental protection model city,set out environment protection and pollution control targets of each target year, and take corresponding engineering measures to improve ecological environment quality gradually, environment and economy development harmonious, achieve the goal of creat environmental protection model city and build livable cities.The research and the sample analysis for the present quality of environment were made and the result showed that the air quality of Shuozhou was bad especially the standard rate of industrial fumes, dust and sulfur dioxide which was not meet the need of creat environmental protection model city. Moreover, the quality of water environment was bad. Part of central area monitoring section just attained the fifth level or worse. We found that the main reason of the bad environment were lack of environmental protection investments and environmental measures.Moreover, other causes of it were illogical industrial structure and distribution of industry. The prediction result of population and the development indexes of economy indicates that wastewater and pollutand will rise year by year. At the same time,the ecologic environment will be further exacerbate for economical construction and excavation. Therefore, the quality of air and water will be further execrable if we don't make necessary measures, even influence the economic development and resident's health.In a word, in order to improve the environment quality of Shuozhou central area, it is essential to adjust the economic structure and distribution of industry, enforce the main pollution control, developing and perfecting urban centralized gas and heat supply, improve the urban energy consumption structure,control the motor discharge vehicle exhaust pollutant strictly. Furthermore, we should control the discharge of the three wastes strictly, improve handling ability and comprehensive utilization ability to ensure industrial wastewater discharge reach the mark.Formulate the total amount control plan according to each river and execution strictly. Shrengthen the ecological construction and greening to ensure the number of air API index which less than 100 to exceed 310 days, the treatment rate of urban domestic sewage is more than 90%, the treatment rate of medical and hazardous waste is attains 100%, each environmental indicators achieve the goal of create environmental protection model city, it is preliminary perpective that there is a good situation of economic develoment and environment in Shuozhou city center.
