The Honghe Wetland is a natural reserve with diverse wetland types, perfectly reserved ecological system and original complete picture of the Sanjiang Plain marshy wetland in the northeast China. It has high representative and typicality in the some bioclimatic and biogeography zoning of the world. Due to long-term large scale agricultural development and external interference, original ecology was destroyed, resulting in wetland deterioration and threatening wetland biodiversity in the region. The paper carries out statistic investigation and conversion analysis of landscape types in recent 40 years in the Honghe Reserve based on 3G technology and MATLAB6.5 software assistant calculation. By using Markov Model initial matrix and conversion probability matrix are established and the conversion of landscape types in the future is predicted quantitatively. The area for water surface, shrub forest, arbor forest, wetland, farmland, waste grass land and road in the stable situation will account for 0.14, 28. 04, 0. 69, 62. 46, 6. 54, 1. 79,0. 34 of total the Sanjiang Plain area in respectively. At the same time the reasons for causing landscape type conservation are analyzed in the reserve. As mainly large scale drainage engineering in the upstream of the reserve was built and drain canals were ditched in the downstream of the reserve by surrounding farms, upstream water was cut down and downstream water was drained giving rise to water shortage and ecological deterioration in the reserve. In view of dynamic analysis and prediction of landscape pattern in the Honghe Reserve, it is fund that the reserve is facing the threat changing from marshy wetland to xerocole meadow-forest ecology system. Combining with local natural, social economic conditions and by usingwetland restoration theory, some ecological rehabilitation countermeasures are put forward for the Honghe Reserve.
